great set of little bands. surprised how hard you can work smaller muscle groups with them, I carry these everywhere with me.

Usually I get the set of 3 but I love the fact that there is 5 different strengths. They seem very good quality. The bag is great for storage. They don't go missing as easily. And there is a booklet with sample exercises which is super handy and fits in the bag.

Well, you get what you pay for, as the old saying goes, and it fits these resistance bands perfectly.They seem well made until you have used them for a while. I bought them to rehabilitate my shoulder and 2 of them have already snapped after a few weeks, leaving me with ones that are too 'heavy' for what I need them for :(
