Trader Joe's Salt & Pepper Combo Pack w/ Grinders - Black Peppercorns and Sea Salt Crystals

The salt and pepper shakers I received are not what is pictured/featured. I shop at Trader Joe's and since they decided to change a functioning salt and pepper grinder with ones that do not work as well, I purchased what I thought was featured on the Amazon website. When I went to return the shipment, it tells me "this item is not eligible for return." It is the first time this has happened to me shopping on Amazon. Buyer beware!Unhappy shopper!

Great, Cheap, and Disposable (or refillable) Salt&Pepper Shakers from your favorite local health food store? What more could you ask for? I'd complain about the price, but for the convenience Amazon actually had them pretty decently priced. You can tell both the salt & pepper are high grade. I'd recommend this set to anyone as a temporary solution for a dorm/apartment or maybe picnics. Why? Purely because of aesthetics. Your company might judge you if you used this for anything besides a casual lunch. It's not for the "home" per-say but, it would get the job done if that's your prerogative. So here's the run-down...Pros:1. Great Tasting Salt & Pepper2. Good Price3. Easy to use & disposable or reusable!Cons:1. Not the best looking salt/pepper shakers.Overall, great value & taste!

These last a long time. 4 stars because I would have liked the salt to be a little less coarse and more fine. If you have a local Trader Joe's they are less than $6 for the set.

Really good set of manual grinders, comes filled and ready to use.

We bought these because our toddlers kept dumping the salt and pepper shakers all over our table, chairs, and dining room. They have not been able to figure out how to work these yet. We are hoping that by the time they do, they will have outgrown the urge to decorate our dining room with salt and pepper. Happily, we found that the sea salt and freshly ground pepper taste far better than the other stuff, too!

I felt like I just bought these and before I knew it they were gone! Luckily, these are really good quality grinders and they have the option of refilling. Just purchase some whole pepper corns and large salt crystals, refill, and continue enjoying!

Well,first let me explain that I'm a partially schooled chef.So,when I want to put freshly ground pepper on some "dish" I really want action! This thing puts out more pepper in a shorter time than the usual suspects.So,if you are not a big fan of pepper,stay away,& keep buying from the local market.This baby is for PROFESSIONAL strength only.And thatsa really good thing.
