I am a big fan of Brian Tracy and have read many of his books. I have also participated in some of his long-distant courses. This book elucidates different alternatives of thinking styles for their positive and negative career effect. I strongly recommend this book. You will find new insightfull considerations even if you have read many books of Brian Tracy before. I have incorporated many suggestions of his in my demanding 80h work week with large success.
