Very impressed with the quality!!!
We are building a new house and had two metal glass french doors planned for my craft room. Well, seems they are sold out everywhere! I wasn't planning on getting DIY doors, but had no other option! So I decided to try these, and if I wasn't satisfied I would order my first choice when they were back in stock.Well...I ❤️ these!!! Great quality!!Exactly 36" wide and 84" high ....nice large size and very sturdy. These are heavy when complete. The diy part was not too bad, but I like to build things. I did them by myself...only had my husband help me turn them over to add the metal strips to the other side. The stick-on metal strips DO fit nicely between the horizontal slats; you just have to slide the end under the horizontal slat then bow it a bit & slip the other end under the other slat. I did paint pink nail polish on the small "circles" that the end screws need to go in...so I could adjust and find the screw "circles" looking through the predrilled holes with a small flashlight. That made finding it so much easier.I haven't hung them yet, but I added pics I took between the process.

Sturdy and Beautiful
Great piece of furniture. Gave the living room a completely different look. We needed a door to keep the cat out of the kitchen and this did just that and gave the house a beautiful touch. It’s easy to open and close and locks in place softly when closed where the cat can’t open it. :). I’m very happy with the purchase. Worth every penny.

Do you enjoy throwing stuff out of frustration?
First I fully admit I saw the reviews about this door being ridiculous to put together and I scoffed at these reviews. I do lots of remodeling and general repairs so this is not my first rodeo. The way this door is put together is designed to make you want to throw it off the back deck...I know because I was tempted at least 10 times. I won't get close to providing all of the details but I'll describe a few "pain points". The screws that hold the frame together are not long enough and as a result I dropped screws into the frame of the door multiple times. The instructions are worthless if you purchase this door and ignore this review just look at the parts and pieces and try to wing it because you'll do the same looking at the included instructions. The frame holes that are meant to accept the screws are just holes that you are boring into...no threads to make life easy. The side channel pieces meant to cover side screws are so tight you need a degree in lubricant to put them on...or if you're me and do your best with WD40 a hammer and only so much patience you'll just rip them out and trash them. Much more but not in the mood to write a book. If end result looks is all you care about then I'd find another door. If you are normal and have above average patience and have good handy man skills choose another door. Good luck!

Get ready to fight with whomever helps you put it together!
Now that the door is put together and hanging I love it, but getting to this point took a lot of frustration and more patience than we had to put it together! The directions are worse than any IKEA directions I've seen and some of the pieces do not easily go together. I read the reviews prior to purchase knowing it would be difficult but had no idea it was going to almost end my marriage! Thank goodness the price for this door is reasonable compared to other sliding doors but I will NEVER put one together again. Buy at your own risk or pay someone else to put it together for you! Since we used this in our jack & jill bath we added a faux stained glass cling for privacy.

Very Nice
So we ordered four of these and they took almost a month to get here. They were worth the wait. I didn't put them together our Contractor did. He said the instructions were not easy to understand but, once he got the first one done he rolled through the other 3 fairly quick I kept my design for the glass basic for future cleaning purposes but, I love that you could do variations. I brought a ceiling suspension system amd my Contractor did the install. We went to a few private Barndoor Maker/Installers and they were crazy expensive and the doors weren't really that decorative. The glass is perfect for our home office.

Lol do you have a self destructive streak?
Have someone in your life who is a perfectionist and you want to prank them? Send ‘em this. Truly the most difficult thing I’ve ever tried to build. I read someone else’s review that this was a divorce inciting project and I believed it so told my husband to let my do it myself. By the end I wanted to divorce myself. Cannot vouch for the structural integrity of my door as I effed up multiple pieces of hardware or simply didn’t use them by the end of it.. but, we do have a door now. So at least there’s that. Despite the impressively badly ordered instructions and insane actual construction needs. Hope you like hex tools.

Difficult!
If you are a carpenter or are hiring one, I’m sure you’d have a better experience. But for the average person, it is incredibly difficult to assemble. Challenging and time consuming. Many parts, many hours and much patience is needed. The end result is okay. I honestly would have returned but could not fathom undoing all that work.
