Most enjoyable - practical lessons in crisis management. Used to work in investment banking, the author’s tenacity shows me how usesless my former bosses were. Syria - fabulous country and fabulous people - so glad that I was able to visit before everything blew up!

Resilience is one of the most important tools we need to cope with crisis. This book provides extremely helpful lessons that I believe everyone can benefit from. A highly recommended book by a very talented author.

This is a book about banking - a School of Management lecture on how he did "the right think" and was successful. Good for him but not interesting general reading.
