I received a faulty product as the led was not working and there was no return/replace option available on Amazon, so I rated 1 star.However the seller reached out to me within 24 hours and assured to send a new led light which comes along with this tail tidy. He followed uo again today and send me the tracking details of the new product. I am really very happy with the service as the seller went beyond expectations. I am changing my rating to 5 because of this amazing customer service by Sai Store online. Thank you

One allen key screw was missing in the package, number plate light doesn't illuminate the entire number plate properly (if you use a number plate frame, forget it)... Other than that, I really liked the way it transformed my bike into an entirely different bike altogether...
