Nice clean lookin case
Overall the case is amazing but, 2 reasons to not giving it 5 stars:1: it’s too expensive for a case (drop the price a bit and it should be perfect)2: it took me an hour to figure out how to keep the stand at a fixed position because it would always snap back to its place because of the magnetOther than that it’s amazing....It’s useful for me because I sometimes forget my wallet but I always have my phone with me wherever I go

Langzeittest folgt...

Improved design means that this is now the BEST CASE ON THE MARKET!
This is an updated review - which I am adding as the case design has been developed and improved since my original review and photos below, and I am now in receipt of the latest model, thanks to the outstanding customer service of GoDreem. All of the issues that I raised below have been addressed. The case is now a better fit and the edging around the magnetic closure tabs is a much better quality and appearance. Hence all the GOOD POINTS below still apply, but you can now ignore the BAD POINTS!This is a fantastic example of a company that listens and responds to customer feedback. The product was already attractive and good quality, but with a few design issues that have now been addressed. The product is beautiful as a gift for someone, or just for yourself. The colours are fabulous - I have the turquoise as it's my preferred colour - but just look at the amazing selection of colours... and the price is so reasonable that you can order a range of different colours to suit your mood/outfit!I now recommend this case without any qualms what-so-ever - BUY IT NOW... YOU WON'T REGRET IT!FROM HERE ON IS MY ORIGINAL REVIEW, BEFORE THE PRODUCT WAS IMPROVED...This is a beautiful case - with flaws. I am soooo sad, because I really want to keep it, but after just 2 days use, I think that I'm going to have to return it.GOOD POINTS:1. Beautifully made and feels like a good quality product2. The vegan leather looks like real leather (you will notice that a number of people have commented on it being beautiful leather in their reviews, because I think they don't even realise it's not real leather)3. Fabulous colour - I have the turquoise case.4. The detatchable back, fixing with a magnet to the folding case - fantastic as I bought the Nochoice Crazy Mount Magnetic Car Phone Holder too (that really is fabulous - and I'm def keeping it!). So if you don't want to use the folding section of the case, you can just use the inner bit, as it protects the corners and sides of your phone, and it also can be taken off the book part of the case for use with the magnetic car phone holder.5. The credit card slots hold the cards firmly in place, with no danger of them falling out. A bit too firmly actually - but better that way than the opposite, as I need to take out my Oyster card at the turnstiles, because they don't read the card through the case - though at work the security doors do read my ID card. Different sensitivity I suppose.6. The inside of the case is equally good quality as the outside of the case - no cheap compromise like with some other cases.7. The quality of the stitching is nice.8. The logo is unobtrusive - both inside and outside.9. The magnetic aspect of the case means you can use it as a stand in both portrait and landscape.10. The product comes in smart packaging, which is brilliant if you want to give it as a gift.11. It arrived very quickly after I ordered it.BAD POINTS:There are two bad points - and you might think that compared to the many good points, that's nothing, but...1. The two little magnetic flaps that hold the case closed are going to break off. I used the case for 2 days and already they are starting to split. I notice that I am not the only reviewer to have problems with these closure flaps. I have included images to show the cracks that have started to develop after 2 days.2. The case does not close snugly agains the phone. Whilst the thickness of an iPhone6 is less than 1cm, the amount of material allowed on the folded side of the case is almost 2.5cm (see photos). When the case is closed, even with 3 cards stored in the card holders in the flap, you can still get a pen in the gap in the case beside the phone, and still have wiggle room! (I'm not saying anyone wants to carry a pen around in their iphone case - I'm just using it as an example to illustrate how much excess space there is inside the case). ie: there is far too much case material allowed on the folded edge. If you stuff about 20+ folded receipts in behind the credit card slots, then it stops the case from wiggling around in an ugly way, but it also makes the phone case VERY bulky and ugly. For this reason, I have taken a star each off for the two negative points.I wanted a snug fitting, elegant, good quality case in which I could also store my Oyster card and my ID card for work, as well as my work phone, so all my work stuff was together in one case. I didn't want to fork out over £50 for the lovely brown leather Apple case, but was willing to go to £30 for this one as it looked smart (and it is) and it had so many positive reviews on Amazon, as well as the added bonus that I could remove it from its case and use the magnetic aspect with the Nochoice car phone holder. It was like a dream come true!! It arrived, it looked fab, it felt fab, and it was all going so well, until I put the phone in and it was just too 'roomy'. Added to this, the magnetic closure flaps are definitely going to rip off over time - so sadly, I went back online, and I have bought another case (which cost about £3, is leather, fits snugly, but doesn't have the same quality feel). I've incuded photos of the 'replacement' case to show the snug fit I was after - but you'll notice that the quality of the inside lining is not as classy as the Dreem case. However, the £3.50 eBay case comes with an optional wrist band handle thingy, and a screen protector, and a mini microfibre screen wipe. (The last 5 photos are of the economy eBay case - just so you can see what you can get for about one tenth of the money the lovely Dreem case costs!)In this case, I think function (and cost!) has outwon form - not something that often happens with me! If ever the dimensions of the case are reviewed to make it fit more snugly, then I will be the first to re-order a new Dreem case. It breaks my heart to have to return this one.

Not compatible with wireless charging
I specifically chose this because it was advertised as compatible with wireless charging. When I placed it on the Apple wireless charger, it wouldn't charge after removing the wallet and only having the inner case on as instructed.. Once I removed the case it would charge fine. I had lengthy communications with Rick (who is very nice) at Customer Support. He tried his best to be helpful, making lots of suggestions which sadly didn't work and then sending me a free charger of a different brand that he said should work but also didn't. Finally after exhausting all avenues Rick admitted that this was not an uncommon issue and wireless charging was problematic. He suggested I return it and ask for a refund if wireless charging was a "dealbreaker". I specifically chose this model because it was said to be compatible with wireless charging. The product I was sent was not, whether due to a fault with the particular item I had received or the design of the item in general. I asked if they would do an exchange with a case they had tested themselves and could guarantee would work but that was not an option - again seems that this is an ongoing issue which they haven't, by their own admission, got to grips with. As I was within the Amazon 30 days I decided to return and get a full refund. I really wanted to keep it because I loved the style and design. But I needed wireless charging. Full marks for design, style and look; full marks for customer service's friendliness; but had to deduct 2 points for the vendor's tenuous claim that this was wirelessly chargeable when the item I was sent was clearly not. My humble suggestion is that they remove the claim that it is wirelessly chargeable and then they have a product that is great and does what it says it will.

Closing tabs look shabby after 3 months
I was very happy with this case when it first arrived. I've had it for about 3 months now, and like the design. However, the "build quality" isn't up to the nearly £30 price tag. The edges of the closing tabs are stitched and sealed with a bit of rubber piping. It's not robust at all, and within a few months it was hanging off, causing the edges to fray. I'm not sure why the edge wasn't folded back, like on the case itself, creating a nice finish.Additionally, the metal plate which forms the back of the case does not extend all the way up and around the aperture cut for the camera. This means that within a short time the corner of the case closest to the camera has lost rigidity and bends back on itself. likewise, originally this was sealed with rubber piping (and not stitched), but that didn't last long.If this was a cheap case I'd be fine with all of these things, but I would expect a better level of quality for the price asked.

Looks great, doesn't do the job though
I was gutted, this case was awesome. I particularly like that you can detach the wallet part and have a case for the phone (e.g. for taking on a run, etc.). Unfortunately, this case just doesn't last. After 3-4 months the cards started falling out of the wallet as got looser and looser. After 5 months, a drop smashed my iPhone 7+ screen - the first iPhone screen I've ever smashed (I've had every model since the first iPhone), you could say it's not the cases fault, but I don't think it's a coincidence (after all I've always had wallet cases since the 4). And now the plastic on the bottom left corner has torn and started pulling away.I do love the case, but the quality just isn't there. Real shame.
