Worst product ever
It stopped working in 6 months. The handle made off plastic broke and the servicing for Bissell in UAE is pathetic. You drive it down to Sharjah and that too with assurity of they correcting it. The handle breakage they put on you as it is clearly a faulty product design with high bottom weight and handle made out of cheap plastic.

Once it slightly fell down and stop working. Even cannot download invoice and nothing to do with this. Its wastage of money

Heavy for daily use and handle broke after 3 monts
The machine is quite heavy for daily use and the handle seems not able to withstand the weight. After 3 months use.. the water dispenser button broke and the handle had crack due to excessive weight. Send for repair and Bissel charged AED 200. Go for a corded one if its not a bother. Also you have to wait for 24hr after use as it takes time to dry the filter and brush. Also cleaning is difficult.
