This truffle and mushroom sauce is a flavour explosion in a small bottle. The taste is delicious and strong. It can be easily tailored to your needs by adding in small increments. Tried it in risotto and separately a bean salad and it was wonderful. Do not be fooled by its size, it packs a mighty punch. Really enjoyed it!
