Doesn't work everytime, but it definitely gives you a shock when it does work. Daughter loves it and it's cheap so why not. You don't get to pick your color though.

This is a fun kid gag toy. The zap is more like a very strange vibration that gives an ever so slightly pins and needles feel. Looks as pictures.

My son wanted this so I reluctantly bought it. It died after 3 days though and no way to fix the battery.

I have used on my nieces and nephews. They always fall for it.
