Saw does a fantastic job. Easy installation of the bar and chain. Lightweight, powerful and easy to use. Cuts clean, fast and makes the sawdust fly. Bought the two battery package and by the time both batteries are exhausted, I am exhausted. There seems to be no warning when the batteries are getting low, such as the saw slowing down, it just quits. Maybe that's intentional to protect the motor from higher heat producing amp draw as the voltage sags. It's not a problem because the battery does last a surprising amount of time. Batteries have taken about 2.5 hours to charge. Through out the first two battery uses, I did have to frequently adjust the chain as expected with a new chain on any chain saw. Simple to do, just don't forget to remove the battery so you don't have an accidental operation and cut yourself, the chain is sharp. Anyone with chainsaw experience will find this saw does not operate much differently, just so much easier to handle. Just allow the wood to come up against the "felling dogs" of the saw and it cuts smoothly and quickly without vibration. Even though the ad say the bar and chain don't need oil and there is no oiler system, I can't help it, I'm old school. I do use just a little oil. Before attaching the battery, I dip about 1/2" of the bar and chain tip into a jar of chainsaw bar oil and then continue to hold the saw inverted to let the excess drip off and then wipe it with a paper towel spreading it over the rest of the chain. It can't hurt as long as it's lightly lubricated and no excess oil can travel into the internals. I think these saws will be in short supply once word gets out. So far, I highly recommend it!

I just purchased this and used it for the first time. First off, you're not going to cut down any giant sequoia trees with this. I could not believe how easy this is to use and how well it cut. I had several unwanted trees on the property, mostly 2 to 4 inch diameter trunks. Also several older trees and shrubs needing thinning. Everything was cut in record time and the battery still had plenty of power left. I don't know how the saw will hold up over time and will update this review if necessary. But for now, this was $40 well spent.

Everything is complete including two batteries, charger, tools, spare chain and of course this handy mini chainsaw. It cut through 20mm-25mm branches easily and quickly. The key is to try to move the saw body against the branch as you cut. That makes a cleaner and faster cut. I highly recommend this tool based on price, quality, and function.

This thing is awesome. I wasn't sure which to buy because there was so many of these on Amazon, but i ended up with this one and it's awesome. I've been using a hand saw to manually cut tree branches, and boy was that an unnecessary workout. This thing does an amazing job in such a short amount of time. The only critique is it is designed for a right handed person and I'm left handed, but I made it work. I will never go back to hand sawing now.

This is an amaaaazing little saw! So easy and no strain whatsoever on your wrist or joints. Cuts though anything in no time except thin branches because they will vibrate and will not get a clean sharp cut to prevent disease to the branch. Only comment I have is that it has supposed to include two extra chains but I only got one. And no answer from the seller about that…. I would recommend this item to every gardener!

This little saw gets the job done! It is lightweight, easy to handle, and can cut through limbs up to 4" easily. Battery power lasts for a few hours, and you have the 2nd battery to keep you going. Chain guard keeps debris from flying back towards you. I have used it for a few months now, and have yet to use the second chain, that comes with it.This is the perfect little saw for anyone who likes to do regular lawn/yard maintenance!Highly recommend!!!

I bought this chainsaw in April 2023 and did NOT try it when it came in. I just tried to use it on February 5, 2024, for the first time, and ONE of the batteries will NOT charge. I called Amazon and they couldn't tell me who the manufacturer was or how to get a hold of someone to see if I can get a battery replaced. Amazon then told me by 2 different customer service people that they would escalate this up to see if I could get some type of refund since only one battery works. I could have paid less for a chainsaw with only one battery but wanted two. I called again today was told they don't do anything to escalate this!!!!! So, Amazon customer service lies to you!!! I will not be buying anything from Amazon that is mechanical again since everything comes from CHINA and doesn't work!!!! If I could give this NO stars, I would have. So, Amazon buys out some seller in CHINA and then you are stuck with cheap, nonfunctioning items. If I want that I can go and shop at CHINESE shops myself and buy second rate items.
