This is a pretty good creatine nitrate also found in the pre-workout C4. It is still a pretty new type of creatine, but i think it works very well. Really the only terrible disappointment i have with this product is the fact that the container is kind of small and then they only fill it up about a quarter of the already small container.

Much smaller container than I expected but I like the product inside I will probably look to order again a bigger container

I purchased Arnold's Iron Pump pre-workout some time ago, and recently decided to purchase this (as I wanted to add creatine to my regimen). I mix both together a half hour before I work out, and I have greatly enjoyed the results. I'm more energized and I find I have more endurance during heavy lifting sessions. As long as this is produced, it will be a permanent component of my workout routine.

this is my problem i ordered the cre3 and recieved the iron pump not even close to what i wanted but i wanted to try iron pump it works very well so i decided to keep it but make sure you check your stuff before getting exited and opening the package
