Shockingly bad product. Arrived broken and they don’t accept returns

Its okay
Its quite small and 2-3 pieces on the side keep falling off. Its suitable only for a Roborovski hamster. My hamster loved it very much and refused to come out of it once I got it. Makes him feel safe. However, I had to get rid of it recently since he became allergic to the wood (he's generally allergic to different types of wood and it wasn't a flaw in the product itself)

I know photos can be deceiving,,, but i misunderstood that it is also for guinea pig... it is small..Sorry,,, i dont recommend this product for guinea pig owners.:(SSM
