I become a big fan of EZVIZ security cameras (both indoor and outdoor) this product is a very high value because it has the best features: HD camera, can move camera 360 degrees sideways + vertical as well. it has 2 way microphone (can speak and receive audio) , it can record when there is a movement, easy install thru the app + QR code for fast synch, good quality night vision, can use the sensor to track the movement (if you have a pet or an old person), And best of all you can use it to monitor your baby! I wish we had this product when my kids were new-borns.

I had purchased this product for like almost 3 months now but suddenly on the last 2 weeks of that 3 months it started not working and the app. I have no idea what happened. It just asked for my email. I tried many times to log in and I’ve waited for them to send me a code but until now they didn’t. I hope someone could help me how to make it work again.. anyone from the seller to contact me about this matter?
