Looks and quality good but you have to assemble
Lovely bright colours and good quality balloons. The cupcake and cake topper had to be stuck with glue dots that are fiddly. The sign had to be assembled which was also fiddly and the consuming. Give yourself plenty time to make it up!

Too expensive for what it is
Basically 18 balloons and some strings, some print outs. The quality of balloons are good but for £13 everything else should have been amazing
