Highest mg's that i've seen than any other Omega 3
I have an auto-immune disorder causing my body to be very low on every source of vitamins. I went to a life/health coach who reccomended these to me. I have been using these ever since! I have never used any Omega 3 vitamins that had this many of mg's! This product has EPA AND DHA, which are 2 VERY important nutrients a human body needs through omega 3. You can find many omega 3 supplements that only have 1 of those factors, but not this one! It has 1,980 mg! EPA of 1,080 and DHA of 720 mg! This is typically 3 times as much as other supplements. My mother, who also has auto immune, knows the in's and out's from lots of brands/kinds of supplements. She was very impressed by how much these hold and now uses them and subscribes to them just like me. I'd reccomend this product for anyone low in oils causing brain fog, fatigue, or any other symptoms you get from lack of fatty acids.

Decent mixture of CO-Q10 and high dose Omega-3...but costly
There is growing consensus about the usefulness of Omega 3 in the diet. If you don't eat a lot of fish you probably don't get the recommended amount. That's why people take Omega 3 supplements. The recommended daily dose varies between 500mg (American Heart Association) and 1.6g (NIH). These come in at 1.98g, which is plenty...So if you are looking for Omega 3, these will do the trick, no matter which guidelines you want to follow. The usefulness of CO-Q10 supplements is hotly debated. But if you are a believer, the 100mg dose here is at the lower end of what people take per day. These pills aren't small, and the dosage is three. They are softgels which helps to get them down, but you'll probably need some water. There are 90 pills in the container, but at 3 pills per dose, that's just 30 days (1 month) dosing. The price for that is fairly high. That said, the Omega 3 per dosing here is a lot higher than most standard Omega 3 supplements. You could reduce the amount you take, getting more days, if desired. (But they're gelcaps so you can't cut them).

Provides the nutrients I miss from not eating fish
I am the only person, in my family, who eats fish. They are also not big on eating any of the vegetables containing Omega 3's. I really wanted the nutritional benefits but we never get it for any meal. I ordered these to give me some of the wonderful Omegas. The capsules arrived well packaged. The bottle had both the tamper resistant and safety seals. The expiration date is far enough out to consume the entire bottle of 90 soft gels. The recommended serving is 3 per day. I am currently taking only 1 or 2 capsules per day. Compared to some of the other fish oil capsules I have tried, these individual capsules are slightly larger. You would probably not want to open these to make it easier to consume the contents. I opened one and the fish smell was overwhelming. There is no doubt these contain fish oil. The bottle states these are manufactured in a GMP facility and bottled in the USA.While these are large, I feel as though this is a quality product and provide the nutrients I desire. I would highly recommend consuming these with food or a lot of water. I made the mistake of taking these on an empty stomach. It didn't give me an upset stomach but gave me bad fish breath and fishing taste. I am satisfied with the quality and these Myogenix Myomega Softgels met my expectations.

No third party testing or COA provided
As someone who is always looking to improve my heart health, I am always interested in any omega-3 supplement. Omega-3 as an essential oil that we all need, but since we cannot produce it we have to consume foods that contains it, or take supplements. Myogenix’s omega-3 supplement provides 1980mg of omega-3, with 1080mg EPA and 720mg DHA per serving. They have also thrown in 100mg of CoQ10 and 4mg of astaxanthin to further improve heart health and possibly athletic performance. The amount of omega-3 is sufficient, but you must take 3 capsules per serving, making this bottle a one month supply. While I like what Myogenix’s omega-3 supplement has to offer, there seems to be a lack of transparency on the company’s part as far as how and where the supplements are made and if they were third party tested. Without the lab test, we are basically taking the company’s word for what we are getting. An eGMP certification with third party testing not only gives proof of content, but also ensures contaminants such as heavy metals, bacteria, and pesticides did not make it into the final product. This is especially important in a supplement made from fish.Between the lack of any certifications or testing and the premium price, it can be a bit of a gamble to try these. The supplement industry is mostly unregulated, and for the price they are charging, the company should be more transparent. Providing a COA from a reputable lab would be a good start.
