Not an NSAID, but also not as effective as those for headache
Big tabs, but the sustained action is positive.Husband's not supposed to take NSAIDS bc of kidney issues. These don't work nearly as well, but they're what he can have. We add some herbals & CBD (legal in our state). Better, but still not as good as Naproxen.

I was happy to find an acetaminophen that lasted longer and still provided antipyretic and pain relief properties. It works well.

Relieves pain, not inflammation
This is a generic version of Extended-Release Tylenol. It works just as well as the brand name, but at a value price.I have osteoarthritis in my knees and take acetaminopnen to help relieve some of the pain. It won't reduce inflammation, I need to take ibuprofen or naproxen for that, but by adding acetaminophen, I need to use less of the anti-inflammatory, which is rough on my stomach. The acetaminophen does not cause any stomach or digestive system upset.
