Homebrew Necessity
Great for home brewing. Much better flavor than flakes corn.

Great product!
This is just what I was looking for!A little expensive, but it is pure corn syrup.., nothing else. It’s is quite thick, and that’s exactly what I wanted! Despite the higher price, I will buy again when I need it!

pure, gooey corn syrup
I use this to offset some of my sugar in my ice cream recipes to help with consistency and freezing issues with sugar only. I find it has taken my custard based ice cream to the next level. You should never use Karo or similar store bought corn syrup as they have flavoring that mess up your ice cream, and frankly the quality is lower. This helps creates a chewy, smooth ice cream that lasts a lot longer in your freezer and doesn't crystalize as much when it softens and is refrozen.

Product is so thick it is hard to get out of the jar and to scape off of utensil
Flavor is good and it's a good price but the product is so thick it is hard to get out of the container and to scape off of the utensil. It's almost too thick. If you don't mind a really thick syrup then this product is for you. However, when using in cooking it is not that user friendly.

Perfect for mycology
I use this for my liquid culture mix. No vanilla or preservatives salt etc.... Just pure corn syrup. It will caramelize a bit and give a light golden colour but the mycelium loves it.

Don't waste money
I bake a lot of pies to sell. When I bought this it seemed like a great price but I would never recommend it for anyone.I made 2 pecan pies last night and this stuff was so extremely thick that I could not even measure it into a cup. I had to pull it out with a thick spatula. It drizzled all over the counters, stove, pot, and burner. It took very hot soapy water and elbow grease to remove it. Then I had to clean again with bleach wipe.I always use White Karo and will never try to save money again. I was so frustrated that I didn't have time to take pics.
