What a joke! Immediately out of the box I tried turning the joints, the chrome coat was peeled off revealing plastic. They just made it look like metal for show. Also, it is super tight in one of the joint, and it would be almost impossible to get 720 degree as advertised.

It’s made of cheap plastic. The adapter that screws into the sink is made of plastic. It worked for all of 30 minutes. My husband went to wash his hands and it cracked and shot off. I’m so irritated. Save your time and buy the plastic spout extenders to help your kids wash their hands.This is a horrible product and will break immediately, doesn’t waste your money or your time. I wish I would of read the reviews before purchasing.

Does not fit on all faucets as advertised. In fact didnt fit on any of the 4 different types of faucets we have at home.

The insert adapter didn't fit the device it was meant for its a great concept but just doesn't work.

It was horrible. And the shape is the reason!!
