Setup was easy, picture quality is excellent
The short version:Setup was easy, picture quality is excellent, and the thin bezel looks amazing on the wall! Silver Ticket's outstanding customer service completely outweighs any minor shortcomings of this excellently priced screen! You can purchase this screen with complete confidence; if anything is not perfect, they will take care of you!Longer version:The product was packaged very well. Everything about setup and install was easy and straightforward. I was a little upset that the screen stretching hooks weren't included in my original delivery, but it was not difficult to stretch the fabric by hand. Once I had the screen put together and mounted, I noticed there was a small 2" imperfection right in the center of the screen. It was very obvious when bright images were displayed. I doubt it was due to the setup, as I had just cleared and vacuumed the area, and I was extremely careful during setup. As one would imagine, I was pretty disappointed that after all my work, it wasn't "perfect".This is when it really got good! I emailed customer support explaining the issue. Without question or hesitation, they sent me a replacement screen (and the hooks). I received them 2 days later. Customer service even promptly answered some setup questions I had that made the frame setup even better. Once I received the replacement items, it took very little time to make the changes. Now, I can just sit back and enjoy 135 inches of cinema goodness! To be clear, my experience with imperfect parts is the exception, not the norm. Just check out Amazon's other Silver Ticket product reviews. They have a great track record. Honestly, it's difficult to be upset about these issues in a sub-$500 dollar 135" screen, especially when the company is so quick to satisfy their customers. But it's great to know that if there are any issues, Silver Ticket will go above and beyond to make things right.I highly recommend this screen. Performance and asthetics are top-notch on this affordably priced projector screen.

Very good overall screen, particularly for the price.
This is a beautiful projector screen. It was relatively easy and straightforward to assemble. The gray screen material improved black levels but isn’t going to do wonders in regular lighting. In other words, don’t expect black diamond type of performance. But, in a fairly dark room, the PQ is outstanding. The overall quality is high, though I agree you need to watch the edges and sand off the sharp corners so it won’t accidentally cut the screen material.A couple of tips:1. Instructions for the 135” screen calls for a certain number of nubs to be installed. Instructions were wrong - you needed 2 more than was indicated for top and bottom. To be safe, count the number of gaps on the top and bottom of the screen material and you will know exactly how many you need to install.2. Yes, it does get progressively more difficult to pull and install the screen material onto the nubs. Mine did not come with any tool. However, I just used a thin Allen wrench and first inserted it thru the hole in the screen, then braced against the aluminum edge/gap on the frame and pushed a bit to get the screen onto the nubs. It’s very similar to installing a bicycle tire with a tire iron. Using any tool that fits thru the holes in the material but is strong enough to allow you to apply leverage and the install is very straightforward.3. As you get to the corners, before you pull the screen material onto the nubs, smooth out the front of the screen a bit. This will prevent wrinkles from appearing, which typically happen at the four corners.4. I went with borderless. When you don’t install the thin bezel, the clamps that fit at the bottom of the screen aren’t used as they won’t have anything to clamp onto. I just installed the top brackets on the wall and hung the screen on the wall, then used a couple of pieces of foam from the box to space out the bottom about 1/2” so that the screen sits perfectly vertical.

The best screen and customer support!
I decided to upgrade my 106" Silver Ticket and ordered the 150" 16x9 acoustically transparent screen. While Amazon originally gave me an arrival date over a month out, the product was showing as "in stock", and was delivered in 3 days.Product setup was easy, however the screen had alot of wrinkles and was not very stretchy. I emailed Silver Ticket immediately with an explanation and a few pictures and they sent me a new screen, which arrived the next day... Now they didn't send me any same screen I ordered, they sent me an (unreleased) upgraded model which was brighter, had a finer higher resolution weave, and was super stretchy! In the end, I was super happy. I even made a few DIY modifications and installed some LED backlighting that changes colors. Great customer service!

Poor quality control, lack of support from manufacturer
There were some issues with missing and damaged pieces so we reached out to the manufacturer as the included documentation instructed. I was really disappointed with the lack of support we received. It seems they are more interested in having customers reorder directly from them instead of actually providing support for the product already purchased via Amazon.

Not very transparent
Great customer service shipped out a replacement screen when the first I received appeared to be the wrong material. The finished product is attractive unfortunately it is poor at what it does. Suppoedly acoustically transparent, it makes the speaker hidden behind it sound extremely muffled. Also becuase it is acoustically transparent, light leaks through and refelcts out the back and edges. It also illuminates any recessed area that you might be storing your speaker in. The extra black velvet backing helps but then makes the sound worse. Bummer from an otherwise good company with quality products.
