The first charm I received was not the right one. Mistakes happen. After contacting customer service, they quickly shipped me the correct item. However when I received this item, the o ring that holds the charm to the clip was slightly open which is a quick fix, just not one you expect to have to do on a brand new item. The charm itself is cute. It isn't flimsy and seems to be a decent quality charm for the price. I do not know how it will hold up as I recently received this item. I like the size and I love the way it looks.

I love this, its pretty and looks great on my bracelet. I originally lost it the first day I wore it because it somehow came off, the company responded promptly and sent me another one.

Unsure what this is made of. Only issue was the clip part is almost as large as the charm so it takes away from the charm.

Both my granddaughters are big sisters. So this was a great gift for a graduate. They love the charm, good size for a charm bracelet, great price, and good quality.
