MUST HAVE for GI issues
This is a very helpful product. It is the only capsule I can find with scFOS (Short-chain fructooligosaccharides). When I got home from the hospital with diverticulitis (7 days antibiotic drip) I was still in pain. I took this and the pain subsided. There's no way for me to be sure but I think this helped even more than the probiotics that I had been taking all along. Order it directly from swanson and it's cheaper but may spend more time in the mail exposing it to heat. I am not sure how heat affects this.
