Very nice! Needed a valve this was cheaper including a new shower head than to purchase a valve only at the big box stores. Looks amazing, has great water pressure and fits our shower better than our previous 12" shower head. Great purchase!

This is high quality for a good price. It has all of the pieces you need for an easy installation. The matte black color was perfect and I love that you can adjust the arm on the rain shower. It was carefully packaged and arrived with no scratches or damage. Thoughtful instructions.One thing to note is that the shower handle face-plate is a small square versus the typical round circle face plate seen in US homes. If you already have a square face plate or are re-doing your whole shower this shouldn’t be a problem. But if you’re looking for a quick swap, make sure that this face plate will cover the opening in the tile wall.

Was very tricky to put together. Seems to work ok but I have a small leak at union. It is a really nice shower.

The media could not be loaded. Fantastic product. Really seems like a high quality product. I installed into a complete re-do of our shower remodel. Very heavy weight to valve unit, which I see as an indicator of quality. Install instruction were on point. All is good.

Absolutely gorgeous solid material and finish exceeded expectations and I install many showers thru the year...this would cost almost 4x at our local big box

After being installed for 3 months the connection from the wall to the shower arm is leaking. Plumber asked why would I purchase a shower head, water under a lot of pressure that doesnt have a thread connection? It has a tighting o ring connection. Its bound to leak. Now i cant even replace the item bc its no longer available. Go figure! Not happy Amazon!

I absolutely love the look of this shower head and trim kit. It's modern and luxurious looking. It's light weight and that gave me some concern but not enough to change my mind. It's in a guest bath that is rarely used for showers. This weekend we had several guests. They stayed for 3 nights. No one said anything and I was pretty sure I heard showers every night. This morning as I was cleaning, I noticed that the shower head was no longer flat but rather more like a pillow shape. We have extremely hard water, and our hot water heater is old with lots of buildup. I turned on the shower and water spewed from just a few ports and from a couple of the corners. Apparently, the mix of hot water and pressure built up to the point where the lightweight metal had expanded and luckily did not completely explode at the seams! No one said a thing. It's not the fault of the shower kit but a note to those with hard, calcium rich water...it clogs. It's easily unclogged with a flick of the individual tips and a toothpick. However, now that it is cleaned and functioning, the pillow shape makes the spouts on the side spray onto the wall and down the curtain. As much as I love the look, I must replace it with one that has a built-in filter for hard water. Function trumps fashion once again. What sweet guests to not complain.
