Bought these based on price and I am totally satisfied. Works as well as Salonpas and other 4% Lidocaine brands, including store brand generics. Adhesion has been excellent. I totally recommend.FOLLOW UP (12/10/23) - Frustration with Adhesive BackingI am on my second box of 30. While I am still very satisfied with the effectiveness and convenience of these pads, I am frustrated by product inconsistency. Specifically, the plastic backing is sometimes difficult to remove, the adhesive is gooey and sticky, and as I peel the backing, the pad tends to fold in on itself and/or gets stretched out. This occurred on a few of the pads in the first box I bought, but most were fine. As I begin to use the second box, it has occurred on nearly every pad. This is frustrating and I have occasionally had to throw out a pad, or snip off a portion that had folded over and became unusable.As I read back over reviews, I have noticed that a lot of people have had this experience as well. That is disappointing. I will be reaching out to Wellspring, if they do not respond in this forum.4/10/24 FOLLOW UPI did follow up with Wellspring at their number on the box. They were very responsive and sent me a new box of 30. I appreciate their responsiveness.Between the box of 30 I had just started using, and the box they sent me, I have had very few pads that peeled smoothly as designed. Most were sticky and stretched out as I tried to peel and apply them to my knee and ankle. I often cut the pad in half because I do not need a complete 3.9"x5.5" pad in either area. Either way, when applying the pad it tends to stretch from 1.5 to 2 times its length. I just put a complete 3.9x5.5 on my knee. Final size when applied was 2.9"x12".Unfortunately, I suspect, from both experience and others' reviews, that most of the other similar sized and priced pads sold here on Amazon are likely to have the same problem. Good pain relief but unreliable application and adhesion.

Great product and a super price.

4% patches have 25% less lidocaine, not as good for pain. They have a tendency to leave my neck, and end up in my hair, beard, and face. Not to mention pillows, sheets, walls, pajamas, and carpet.A neck is the hardest place to get quality adhesion and medication delivery. On your back or other flat space they may work very well. My experience was not good, although I got three separate orders of these, as they worked better than other options I tried.

The WELMATE 4% Lidocaine NumbingPatch work great for lower back pain and on knee pain. They form very well to stay in place. Highly Recommend.

I had my doubts but the patch works!! One patch in the morning on my lower back plus 5% Lidocaine on my neck areas and I am good for 8 hours with 50% less pain. The surgeon gave me 40% chance of failure if she operated, so this is my only available remedy

Does not stick to the skin very well They come loose from the skin or roll up and i can't get it to lay back down. Other than that seems to work ok.

Extremely disappointed! The first box was great! The pads has a plastic backing that split down the middle. The pads went on easy and adhered well. The pads in the second box had a single plastic backing. They don’t stretch as well as those from the first box and don’t adhere well at all.UPDATE: Latest reorder contained pads with the split down the middle. They adhere much better!

I BELIEVE THAT FOR LESS MOBILE AREAS LIKE BACK, HIP, ETC.. THESE ARE MUCH BETTER THAN THE ICEY HOT, ASPERCREAM, ETC.. BRANDS. THEY STICK WELL AND IF YOU MOVE THEM THEY DON'T LOSE THEIR STICKINESS.HOWEVER, IF YOU USE IT ON YOUR SHOULDER, LIKE I DID - FROM THE TOP OF THE SHOULDER AND DOWN THE ARM - THERE WAS JUST TOO MUCH MOTION COMBINED WITH LONG SLEEVED SHIRTS, SWEATERS AND SWEATS JUST RUBBED THIS PATCH TOO MUCH. IT GOT STUCK TO MY CLOTHS MORE OFTEN THAN ME ON ALL THE EDGES - THE VERY CENTER WAS THE ONLY PART THAT STUCK. THAT JUST WAS TOO LITTLE A COVERAGE AREA EVEN SMALLER THAN THE CURIST PATCH THAT IS ABOUT 3X4 SIZESO I HAD TO GO BACK TO CURIST PATCHES. THEY ARE SUPER DUPER STICKY. BUT BEING ALLERGIC TO ADHESIVES - THE CURIST PATCHES GIVE ME A CONTACT RASH THAT I DON'T GET WITH WELMATE
