Best keto cake ever!
Loved the taste and texture. Everyone in the family enjoyed it and so far this is the best tasting keto cake we've had and we've been doing keto for 7 years now! Also love the fact that it's gluten free!

Texture is awesome!
Newly tried and love this! Easy to mix-made into one huge cookie for a birthday! Love the way it baked. Many great comments from family. No one believed it was low carb!

Staying away from carbs has been a challenge. With your choices of mixes I no longer feel I am missing out on a bread/biscuit. Love them!

Alright flavor, sweetener aftertaste
For a few years I've been wanting to try out these because I see them often on Instagram, and when there was a big enough sale on these, I took that chance.Fast forward to today, I finally got to bake them, but with a few additions to what the recipe called for. The recipe calls for some eggs, butter, and vanilla extract. First, I separated the whites from the yolks and beat them until fluffy. Next, I added four tablespoons of vital wheat gluten and xantham gum to help with the texture, which I made this decision based on many of the reviews that talked about the texture. And if you're not gluten free, I would highly recommend adding these, because the texture looked better than seen on these reviews, and felt closer to a real, sugary blondie. I also added a handful, about a 1/4 cup, of chopped pecans as well. After the blondies were finished baking I let them cool for a little while, and after I ate the first slice, the erythritol and stevia blend were very apparent. However, I put them in the fridge, let them cool some more to see if this would help, I ate another slice. Although the flavor of the blondies was a little better, the flavor and cooling effect of the erythritol and stevia were still very much there. For reference, I'm not particularly sensitive to the cooling effect and taste of these sweeteners because I've used them frequently while eating a low carb diet.I'm a little disappointed in these because I'm not sure if I'll be able to finish the batch of blondies I made. I also got the pecan cookie mix so hopefully those will be better, but I don't think I'll be ordering the blondies again. If you have a high tolerance for the cooling effect and taste of erythritol and stevia then you'll probably like these. As for the value, the discounted price I bought these for seems reasonable, but I can't imagine paying the regular price for something I realize now I could make on my own from scratch and also get more out of it.

Don't know why I waited so long
I've purchased 2 of these mixes and have just never made them. It's a very easy, non-complicated, non-fussy recipe to simply add an egg, vanilla, and butter. I finally decided to try my hand at them today. However, after seeing a post on the creator's social media where great tips are often given about the mixes, I decided to substitute the butter for the Wio Caramel Peanut Butter. I've previously not been a fan of peanut butter, but I find that I quite enjoy it when chocolate and caramel join the party. I went overboard in thinking, oh that's not enough chocolate chips in the mix for me, and I was very wrong. I added 3 morsels per cookie drop. The cookies didn't even need the extra morsels. There are so many morsels that I simply didn't initially see. They were delicious, and there's enough mix to easily drop 12 good sized cookies. I hope this mix is continously made because it is awesome.

Couldn't ask for much more
Great stuff. This is the second Good Dee's product I've tried. The first was the fudge brownies (not chocolate snack cake, they're different but look similar). The instructions call for coconut oil but I took a risk and used butter. I figured that would be okay because my fudge brownie packaging said use either/or, not sure why this one didn't. But butter works fine. I wanted this to be as close to cake as possible and didn't want any coconut essence involved (not a huge coconut fan). This cake is moist and delicious. I don't have an 8 inch glass baking dish or pan so I used my 8 inch cast iron skillet and it worked just fine!! I also like that I can slice it into wedges. This tastes like a high quality gluten free dessert (almond flour). No complaints here. Just don't exactly anticipate this to taste like birthday cake from the super market. Texture, moisture, and flavor wise it's almost like carrot cake minus the carrots. Definitely fills a void! Love having these in the house. They are pricey but they are fool proof and 2 out of 2 desserts I've tried are great. Can't hate that. A lot of low carb recipes I try online from random people can often fall or short or be very broad outcomes.. and let's face it... 'good' is very subjective depending on another person's taste buds and the last time they had a decent dessert. Get these! You won't regret it.

Just moved to a sugar free diet and this product helps!
Bought to make biscuits for those limiting carbs at Easter brunch and they were a hit. My teenager ate three. Easy to make and a sweet taste.

No sugar spikes!
I am a diabetic that purchased this coconut cake to see if I could have a treat without spiking my sugars. I make the package into four mini cakes. Iced 3 for the family and one just for me regular. I was SUPER happy to say there wasn’t one change to my sugars. Very flavourful. Everyone loved it. So I bought this again with a few other options to get ready for Christmas baking.

these are so good, handy and QUICK and SIMPLE to make!
Yes, they are expensive but sales do come up. But when you have a craving, this is great to have on hand to make up super quick (under 5 minutes to make dough) and then just bake. I added fresh raspberries, and sugar free simply delish raspberry jello powder to the mix along with the eggs, oil and vanilla and baked it. and whipped up some heavy whipping cream and when it was thick enough to spread, added a handful of fresh raspberries, let the cake completely cool and added the whipped topping. It was my birthday cake. SO delish, SO easy, SO quick, SO moist and worth it. It was a small cake but it was just perfect. #ketobirthday
