So my dad had to get gas because he could not urinate. This was at South Miami Hospital. You have to remember this is an emergency room, so they just use whatever they have. Well, the setup that they gave him, which was supposed to last for several days, before he had his prostate surgery, was not ideal. So I searched around on Amazon and I found this was the best urinary cath holder, to prevent the tugging of the catheter from the male penis. Which is one of the biggest gripes from Men. This helps prevent the tugging because you can adjust the leg strap, which a silicon beating in the back of it, so it does not slip down on your thigh. And there are many different variations on how you can adjust the strap and also adjust the tightness around the yellow tubing to make sure that doesn't tug on your penis. I like these straps to hold the catheter in place. They are comfortable and pretty easy to use. I was surprised today when it kept slipping down my thigh even after I tightened it up a bit. I finally took it off and put a different one on (same brand strap). I noticed that the silicone on the replacement strap was much “stickier” than the one I took off. I did not expect the silicone would lose its griping property. The strap was less than 1 month old and I wore it about every other day.

Much better than using adhesive anchors on your leg. Be nice to your skin since you don't have to remove adhesive residue.

Highly recommend these as they do work very well staying in place .Nicely priced for quality of produce and can be washed and reused if needed.

Though this strap is far better than a Dale strap, I have found the center holding window is too large and weak to last long without tearing, If the holding blue strap was wider and the center rectangle not as long, they would last much longer without failing.

Super effective for stabilizing night bags and leg bags. Wouldn't be without them.0
