This is our most favorite sugar to use, from coffee and tea to baking, just pweeewdct flavor and quality. My wife loves that it's organic, it's a huge bag and came in perfectly sealed with no issues. To be completely honest when it comes to baking it does change color but we don't mind, it's still flavorful and delicious. Definitely better choice fore us than the regular sugar. We do love it.

I think this is a good sugar substitute. It does add a bit of a smoky flavor, but you get used to it and not in a bad way. It dissolves very well and produces a moderately sweet taste.
