This belt was my best friend during pregnancy! I highly recommend it during the third trimester, and it's a must-have after 32 weeks. It provides great support to the belly and carries all the weight so you are comfortable! I wore it all the time except while sleeping, e.g. while working, cooking, standing, grocery-shopping and sitting and it alleviated the discomfort.

Works well and definitely helps my wife with her back, hip and pelvis pain. She loves that she can choose to have more or less support.

This worked great the first couple of weeks. However, the velcro doesn’t last I wouldn’t recommend buying.

The straps are painful but my physical therapist told me to stop wearing them immediately because it would cause problems with my shoulders down the road. I still love it for helping me support my pregnancy belly.
