The best customer service !!!
Bought this product last year , used it a few times, then one day it wonβt work. Emailed the seller, got a call from them. They sent me a replacement unit all the way to the Philippines!!! Unit came in about 5 days after we talked!! Cannot thank them enough for the fast service. Without this product, we wonβt be able to charge our EV vehicle. ππΌππΌππΌ

Works as designed, but poor reliability and customer service turns this into wasted money
Update 2/27:After almost 2 weeks waiting for the warranty link from the seller, filled in my warranty request. THe link had scary "we do not accept any warranty without sending it in original package". It was handled really well - the replacement hardware was sent promptly and very carefully packaged, I sent back the damaged unit no problem. The new unit interestingly enough, seems to operate with a bit lower temperature - maybe got some faulty unit to start with. Updating my review to 3 stars. I'll update to 4 if it still works in 9 months :)---I bought 2000VA/1800W model and it initially work as designed. I use it for a fancy European coffee machine that cannot tolerate anything but 50Hz/220V. Nothing big - usually a few W in standby and up to 1500W peak demand. The converter was easy to set up and use. Reliable. Up to the point. It died 5 months in, without any apparent trigger - the device was at night in low power standby mode when it died under it. But things can happen, but then the customer service is simply atrocious. You would expect a simple shipment of some replacement refurb/new unit and take defective one back. Nop - not even close. Despite we are talking about product with such high markup. After silence and 3 attempts to contact they replied they need to figure out how to apply warranty. You guess right - still waiting... So in reality I ended up with with 1.5K paper weight.Advice to the potential buyers:1) Whatever you use it for, try to find an equivalent device tolerating 60Hz so you don't need to use it at all. Even if it is 220-240V - you would only need one of much simpler(reliable) and broadly available step up voltage converter that is 1/10th or the price! (yes ~150$ instead of ~1500$ !!!).2) Try any alternative products with some reasonable customer service and reliability combo. It is an electric product. At some point in time, it is more likely than not die. And you are left cold with wasted money and with inability to use the product you had connected to it.Be smarter and learn from my mistake - don't waste 1.5K+ yourself on it.
