Okay lets first start with the batteries.They last long, fit perfect and do not get hot like the OEM’s. To a point where I would say they are better!The charger.Small charger for batteries with a cable included.Charges surprisingly fast and does not get hot.The Customer Service.The customer service is supreme. I had a slight problem in which they quickly responded same day and offered much help. Super nice guy on the phone and on email. Offered replacements at no cost and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process.ON TOP OF THATThese batteries have a 3 YEAR WARRENTY that is just $6 of shipping for a replacement 90 days AFTER purchase incase something is wrong with the craftsmanship.Just contact them and you'll most likely figure it out.OVERALL10/10 will recommend to the people I know and will only buy Wasabi for stuff like this from now on.

Got 2 of the Wasabi batteries and the charging holder. Batteries work GREAT in goProHero9. after about 3 months 1 of them was not being recognized by the GoPro, nor the charger. I called Terry @ the 800 number on the battery and in less than 10 minutes he shipped me a new one. Sure, electronics can fail but you add Spectacular Customer Service to Great products and you'll get a customer for life!THANK YOU!

I took these on a trip to Mexico.I can't tell you how nice it is to have an external charger and extra batteries.Without a charger, you've got to leave your camera to charge the battery. Crazy!This worked well, and I was happy with it.

After charging, both batteries stay at 1 or 0 percent. When put in Hero 11, I get message saying battery is cold (but they are not cold). Both batts same message. GoPro brand battery works fine. I used Wasabi batteries for other devices in the past without issue but this one needs work. Do not buy.

I've been using Wasabi batteries for quite a while and I prefer them over OEM GoPro. However, this battery set is no better or worse than the OEM ones. The charger is very "wanky" but it does the job. I just wish the battery life was better for any GoPro. For my old Hero3+ I used a Wasabi (mega) battery which lasted hours of continuous shooting. The Hero 10 batteries can't come close but it's our only choice. So, yes it's worth the purchase.

These charge faster and last longer than the official GoPro batteries. Got them for my 5 and 7 and now for GoPro 9. Great buy!

Good value for the money. Charger works well and easy to connect. Good battery life observed.
