There are plenty of similar items available, but this one can't be beat, especially considering the low price and it includes a remote. Legs are sturdy but flexible, making it easy to mount in tricky spots. Bluetooth remote is small and inconspicuous, paired easily with my Android and worked perfectly (pictures only, won't do video on Android). I hate selfies, and this is perfect for taking nicely composed pictures when you can't find some random stranger to hold the camera and don't feel like sprinting to beat the timer.

Review of the Pangshi Kamisafe Phone Tripod and Remote Shutter..I have a couple of other phone tripods that I found unsatisfactory for use under various conditions, so I was interested when offered to review the Kamisafe. My other tripods were either made of metal or plastic; the one too inflexible, the other just not safe enough as it was just hard plastic. The Kamisafe tripod is about 12" in length with 8"+ for the three very flexible legs that are covered with a tough type of foam that helps it to hold onto slippery surfaces quite well. I have large cameras but my phone can take almost as good photos and still sit in my pocket. Problem comes when you want a group photo and there's no 'extra' person around to take it. This tripod and remote work quite well together for such occasions as well as when you really can't hold a phone camera steady enough for a precise picture. Touching a phone on a tripod without disturbing your shot can be a challenge; the remote feature solves that problem. As shown in my photos, the Kamisafe can be placed in locations where you would not usually feel very good about putting your phone, and I found it stayed where it was put without worry due to the length, strength, and the material on the legs. The rest of the unit also features higher end materials and well thought out manners of adjustment. The holder for the phone itself is fairly strong and some care may be needed for larger phones that require more 'pull' to insert. All in all, a better product than I expected and much more reliable and safe to use than my and many others. It is well within the price range I would pay for it. Well recommended as an accessory you can keep in your car and put into your back pocket when needed.

This is my honest review about the product.When I got this phone tripod and took it out of the box, I was skeptical at first due to its very light weight and materials, although when I started using it I was surprised how well it worked.This tripod can hold up a medium to large cellphone (iPhone 11 Pro Max or so) or even a medium size camera, the legs are medium to large size and the legs mechanism is surprisingly sturdy and flexible to any form or shape you want to, it will end up holding up very nicely. However, the rubber tips on the tripod legs are more plastic than rubber, it needs a little improvement for better gripping on any surface.The phone holder is plastic and good enough, it can hold medium to large phones, however, it requires a good amount of force to get large phones into it, so just be careful on how you handle attaching or detaching your device into the holder, any plastic would break if you use an excessive amount of force, keep that in mind.The bluetooth remote control is plastic and it works fine, it's small so make sure you won't lose it to keep taking your distance-based selfies.If you are looking for an affordable and light weight phone or even camera tripod, I would recommend this for the price, the good quality and the accessories.

Got this to put on our cat stroller (yes, cat stroller) handles so that certain people can enjoy streams while they push cats around outside. Specific use case aside, this thing is great! The spring-based phone holder part is great grip, or at least good enough to survive being bumped around on driveways and park paths. The bendable grippy arms are holding tight to the stroller middle-bar handle without any issue. No complaints!Also, using it for a separate thing, but the little bluetooth remote shutter has come in handy a couple of times when trying to capture sleeping cats at night in the dark when even a bit of camera shake ruins the photo. Pairs instantly, sends the volume down command that takes the picture - nice! It's now a permanent keychain addition to my yubikey set.

I ordered these when the pandemic started for my zoom classes. Still have it, still works although once you twist/adjust the legs it challenging to stretch them back out. Other than that, everything works well. I lost the clicker so I can comment on that.

I don't use the phone holder. I use this more for a tablet where i have a separate tablet gripper. The legs seem to keep their position when holding a heavy tablet, so that's good. If the tablet is off to the side, the gimbal tends to slip a bit, but it would be fine with something lighter than a tablet.

The media could not be loaded.  TLTR: Lightweight, easy to mount, greater than a selfie stick, and a bloggers best friend!Having used this tripod for a week, it’s incredibly well-built and easy to use!Pros:-Lightweight-Bendable legs for getting unique shots-Sturdy-Universal mounting system allows mobile cameras and compact point and shoots-Remote for start/stop video recording and picturesCons:-Mount may wear out over time-Not enough time to test weight limits when hanging tripodOverall, it’s built better than other competitor tripods I’ve tried and being less than $20, I have no complaints thus far!Also, for those taking selfies or vlogging, the length of the tripod is perfect while walking and talking! Lastly, it’s MUCH easier to use this than a selfie stick and has a plethora of uses.Excited to use this more on my upcoming vacation!

Indoors or in the woods it holds my phone securely
