Starts to sag after a few days
Needs constant tightening to stay up, sags all the time in the middle, catches water too which didn't help the issue.. outer seam was at breaking point and it still sags in the middle.. not really what you'd expect to be fair, hopefully a bit of sun might tighten up the middle, but I'm not too hopeful

Would buy again
Bought it when we could have people in back garden, waterproof and does the job, protects from elements, hopefully soon will be able to have people socially distanced of course in back garden, tensioner’s are small but had already bought more sturdy tensioners before so ones which came with sail still not used, recommend the sail but might want to upgrade your tensioners, would buy again

Very good value
The kit enabled me to instal the sail as I intended. What I didn't account for, was that under a triangular 'awning' you have to move rather more frequently to keep in the shade!

Good until the rain?!?
Well made keeps rain off generally good. Making the tension required can be difficult if attaching points are not in right position.Main priblem is rain it has tended to catch the rain making the material sag and loose tightness.

No issue with the product at all, really good quality. The delivery time was a bit longer than expected but that was maybe my planning.Highly recommend this seller.

Good, but cheap feel
All fine and works well apart from the fabric feels quite thin and cheap. I bought a different sun sail in a previous house and that had a heavier weight fabric and it didn’t crease as much when being stored.
