Finally, an LED strip light that works(and sticks) the way you want
I have probably had a dozen lights like this over the years and some have been decent, some have been ok, some have been atrocious. These are the best I have had for two main reasons:The glue is superb - as soon as you peel the backing off you can smell that it's decent - and it is, it creates bomber adhesion. The remote is RF and so you don't need line of sight. All the others I have used have an IR receiver that, when installed, rely on bouncing signals off the wall to the back of the TV, or in my case desk. There are other things I impressed with though, it comes with spare adhesive tape so if I have ever wanted to move or adjust my lights then I can do.The lights remember the colour setting they were on when powered off and powered back on - nice touch. The RF receiver is a tiny slim thing - not like in the old days where they were the size of a matchbox, this is more like half a stick of chewing gum.I'm genuinely very impressed and will likely be buying another set for my TV downstairs.

Top quality, and 15 LEDs per strip.
Just opened the package which arrived next day to ordering. I already have a similar product which cost £12.99. The first thing I noticed was the quality of the strips, unlike the other set these strips are coated back and front leaving them less prone to dust, also they have 15 RGB LEDs per strip, whereas my other set have only 9. Therefore 60 LEDs per 2m as opposed to 36 per 2m. The 3 connector strips are proper leads not just bare tape with very basic plugs, supplied with my old set. Once fired up, although the remote with this set looks smaller and more basic than my existing set, it offers lots more programs and levels of brightness and speeds. I haven't fitted them to my TV yet so can't comment on the adhesive tape which comes separate to the LED strips. With my existing set the tape was part of the flimsy strip, not ideal if you want to change TVs. In conclusion this set of LEDs is cheaper than my existing set and vastly better in every way.

Good quality lights with advanced remote
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This LED strip light is really good quality, I have bought cheap ones previously and they switch my tv off but these come with a plug rather than a USB so it didn’t cause problems. It was a long strip and I had a lot leftover, could easily fit a 55” tv.

Good general purpose LED strip
For the cost of this LED set, there really isn't any negatives. The strips are very bright, with a comprehensive choice of colours and pattern modes to choose from with the supplied remote. The light given off isn't a solid 'bar' of light that you might see from more expensive set ups. The light from each individual LED is very much separate from the neighbouring LED, but if the strips are hidden from eye view, then this is less of a quirk. They stick very well and extra adhesive material is supplied should the aleady applied sticky tape not suffice. From the instructions supplied, it isn't obvious as to which way around the strip end pins should be connected to the USB lead provided. So, if the strip does not light up, just flip the pin end connector 180 degrees and re-insert. The strip should then light up.Overall, happy with my purchase.

Did exactly what I wanted to achieve...
I'm very pleased that I was tempted to try these - for the price I was willing to be wrong but ended up delighted. The leds are attached to the rear of the 40" Sony Bravia which does sterling work as both a tv and computer monitor in my recording studio. The wall behind this is clad in a teal-coloured fabric (which covers the acoustic treatment underneath). This tended to disppear into shadow as a result of the nearby white downlighters in relation to the monitor. 15 minutes of carefully attaching the four led strips to the monitor rear resulted in a transformed look which was very pleasing. I was glad I'd installed a USB outlet-type mains socket behind the monitor - this provides the requisite power satisfactorily. The remote control doesn't require any part of the wiring to be visible in order to work. Adhesion to the monitor continues to be good. I honestly couldn't be happier with the outcome of what was an impulse purchase - one of my best decisions of 2020. Highly recommended!

Good purchase
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Opened and put on my TV today, didnt take long to do. It was well packaged, however there wasn't really any instructions included although it is really straight forward. The connectors only work from one side so ensure you've got it the right way before sticking down! It looks great and the adhesive seems to be working ok so far.It took a while for me to be able to get the controller working properly but its working with no problems now :) the colours are very bright and the brightness is adjustable which is nice.

Pre-cut backlights
The lights come pre-cut in four identical lines, which are really easy to stick onto the back of your TV. The backing tape comes off really easily, much better than some others we’ve put on. After that there are three connections to make. It doesn’t make it obvious but these have to be the aligned correctly but it’s no big deal. If you get it wrong, you can just unplug the connector and plug it back in the other way up.You can have continuous colour or one of 17, apparently, dynamic modes. We just wanted ours to fade slowly between single colours but haven’t managed to figure out which one it is yet. It’ll be in there somewhere.Overall, a perfectly good and easy to install set of lights. Our son is delighted with them now he’s realised they’re powered from his USB socket and won’t fade as the batteries die.
