Im glad i got this. Best waffles i've ever made.
We Love this thing and have used the hell out of it since it got delivered. Using some Krusteeze Pancake mix we got the perfect waffles Slightly Crispy but soft at the same time. Havent used the othe inserts yet though but just for the waffles alone, im glad i bought this.

Make sure you lock it in!
This product is hefty. When using the omlet plates, one side (right side) cooked faster then the other. They have tabs that slide into the center. MAKE SURE ITS LOCKED BEFORE USING by sliding and pushing the button on the side. Waffle maker comes off the stand so you can really open it up for proper cleaning.

Versatile waffle maker but has design flaws
I would give this 3.5 stars ... but not an option. Glad I bought it, but not sure how long it will last. The GOOD:It makes regular waffles and asian bubble waffles. It does both well. I haven't tested the omelette plates. It's a decent price for a 2 waffle makers in 1. Could be a 5-star product except for the design flaws. I'm using it 3-4 times per week for about 2 weeks so far. There's no temperature control or "done" light ... but this doesn't bother me. Chemical smell first couple of uses ... I made sure the windows were open. Now it's gone and it wasn't that extreme anyway. I've cooked delicious waffles, both belgian and asian bubble, on it.Happy with the unit and recommend except for the following:The BAD:If you're buying a 3-in-1 to save space ... meh. You have to store it flat. They could have done something clever like store the extra plates in the base ... but no. You have to store the waffle maker and then find someplace to store the 2 sets of extra plates.Removable plates make cleaning easy ... except that if you have a batter overflow situation (which you will eventually. It's inevitable) the batter gets stuck in nooks and crannies that are impossible to clean ... even when you remove the plates ... thus defeating the whole idea of removable plates as a cleaning feature. Really, the removable plates exist only so you can swap them between regular/bubble/omelette. Sooner or later this waffle maker will be as disgusting as any other that has old batter stuck in nooks and crannies. Eventually I will immerse the whole thing in water and scrub it with a brush. And see if it survives. My old waffle maker actually survived this treatment for 15 years. But yeah, you're not supposed to do this to electrical devices. It's generally a bit flimsy ... but at $60 price point I wasn't expecting heirloom quality. I recommend it if you can live with its flaws.

Update: poor quality
Update less than 1 year later: the unit started making some sounds and is now cooking unevenly. It was used probably about 10 times max. Disappointed in the quality. It was great while it worked. Now need another waffle maker… The search continues.——————————-For years I’ve had a love/hate relationship with waffles. Love eating them but hate the cleanup. I just knew someone had to come up with a solution to the messy cleanup. Tried this with a healthy dose of skepticism. Admittedly, it doesn’t feel like the best made product but makes fabulous, thick waffles and the cleanup is a breeze. Let me repeat: the cleanup is a breeze! Just pop the plates out and wash them. This product is worth it just for that feature alone.I now make large batches of waffles and freeze them for quick breakfasts. Pop them in to an air fryer and they warmup nicely - crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside. The egette is a bit harder to use for me - hard not to burn them. Haven’t really tried the omelette maker.I do wish there was a temp control feature. I also don’t use the light system to let me know when the waffles are done; I just look to see if they look done. Doesn’t feel like a quality product but has worked for several months now. If that changes, I’ll update this review.Overall, would recommend.

Good Item But, No Instructions lol
It works pretty well, I've used it at least 4 times in the last week. Despite there being no instructions, it was pretty easy to figure out and use. It's annoying to clean, but easier than other brands, because you can remove the plates and clean them individually. The maker gets pretty hot itself from the outside you do have to be careful not to touch it once it's warmed up, only by the handle. It cookes eggs pretty quickly, waffles not so much. I wish it would have had a recommended ingredients to prevent spillage sheet, or a estimated cook time for this amount of eggs etc. Or This amount of waffle mix, instead of having to figure that all out through trial and error, was pretty annoying. For the price it's pretty good, but overall, I think you should aim for a little bity more expensive imo
