This gives our kitchen a modern appeal. Easy to use and to clean, quite versatile, looks more expensive than what I actually paid.

I plugged the machine in and the buttons both just blinked. It never dispensed the water. The manual recommends running water through it the first time. The water was cleaned when I put it in and it was brown when it came out. The machine was either used or nasty dirty.

This is a great looking coffee machine. Unfortunately, it brews a weak cup of coffee. Needs a “bold” setting that some competing products offer.

Product description states machine has auto shut-off which it does not, nor is there an on/off button. I use this at work, and have to unplug it after use for safety reasons. For use as a single cup coffee maker, this does the job fine. It *does* seem to take a while to get the water up to temperature, but once it does it discharges the heated water quickly."Auto Shut-off" feature is poorly documented. It doesn't shut the power to the machine completely, just the heating element/pump. The lights on the front remain lit, although not blinking (which occurs when you open the coffee holder to insert a pod, or during the brewing process).The buttons are labeled "Coffee" and "Tea", not "Ground" or "Capsule" as listed in the manual. According to the company, the "Coffee" setting is hotter and dispenses water faster than the "Tea" setting.Pros:- Easy to use, comes with reusable "pod" that allows you to use bulk coffee and not just K-cups- Has small cylindrical base to raise smaller cups to avoid splatter- Heats water to a temperature that works well for coffee or tea- Fits easily on my desk at work, and the black and brushed aluminum finish blends in wellCons:- Documentation poorly written and does not match the coffee maker buttons- Slow to heat- Fast dispensing of water means less time in contact with coffee/tea, so can produce weaker brews than expected- Cover and pod holder fit so snugly that it can be difficult to remove used pods and clean unit (but this will likely loosen up a bit with use)

Awesome coffee maker. Makes up to 16oz cup at a time or kpod.

Top compartment, where one is supposed to put the k-cup, does not open. There is supposed to be a button on the front of the coffee maker to press, and that opens the top compartment. The problem is that there is NO BUTTON TO PRESS.
