I've had this 3 years and it works to carry my 14" Tom exactly as expected.

No instructions
I first received a bag of parts that looked like the item had been returned. No instructions to put it together so I returned it hoping I would get one that wasn’t returned. I get the replacement and it’s in a box, doesn’t look like it was returned, but still no instructions. I have no clue how to put this together. Do NOT buy this!!!

This harness may work fine but no instructions for assembly.
We bought this item new but it appears to have been used or returned. The pieces were in open bags and the foam on the plate is damaged. There were no assembly instructions so it is unclear how to mount the straps and drum.

I give up. I have no clue what to do with the bag of bolts. They don't seem to go with the parts. This is super frustrating :(
