This has been a pain since day one. I am a truck driver and wanted to minimize the amount of screens in my truck. I thought an android head unit would save me some space so I can run all my needed software, GPS and a sound system all in one.I bought this item 3 times. The first 2 just went into boot loop nonstop and reinstalling the software didn't help. Support is in broken English and hard to understand.The third works, sometimes. It reboots itself randomly and sometimes goes into a boot loop and will restart itself 5-10 times. If you accidentally turn on 2 separate navigation app it will crash and restart itself. It opens a random app every time it starts up. GPS reception is awful and last time it wouldn't connect to satellites for almost 5 hours and takes about 15-20 minutes to connect to satellites every morning . I have reinstalled the software many times and it doesn't fix anything. GPS antenna is mounted high in the middle of my windshield.Left side speakers don't work, I connected my old radio to see if it was a speaker/amp problem and all speakers work with the old system.I had a professional install it all and it worked great for a day and then nothing but problems.I'm just past the return window and I am ready to smash this thing against the wall.Do yourself a favor and buy a good tablet and a bluetooth amp and skip buying this junk. This was a waste of money. $400 down the drain.

Touch screen fits great, it is mostly responsive. The only major issue is that the display seems to be slightly tucked behind the black bezel causing things to be cut off by a few pixels in the corners.Installs easy and looks great.

The media could not be loaded. The good:I purchased this unit to replace the stock alpine head unit that comes in all 2017 Lotus Evora 400s. I knew I was going to have to solder the wires myself to make this work and in the end everything did work great. Overall the unit met my expectations.The bad:I am fairly certain that, at the very least, the display was refurbished/used because it came to me not only with dirt marks on the screen but also wasn't even factory reset.When I first powered on the unit the touch screen wasn't even working. The software was not frozen though because I could see the clock still ticking but I could not interact with anything.I later found a random video on YouTube that showed the same issue. The video had a comment that said you need to get a paper clip and click the reset button and it should factory reset and fix the issue. It did! Hope this helps others that might run into this.EDIT:Had another issue where the buttons would not light up after it fully booted. I found out that there is a setting that is time based so if you don't have the head unit connected to the internet and just use it for Android auto/car play you are going to want to change the time settings to ensure the buttons are lit at night. This was another weird thing I found a solution for on a random YouTube video comment.

Wasn't at all what was described, it was a 7 inch regular double din when it arrived and when I tried to get it replaced, customer service said the description for that number says 7 inch. Amazon customer service held their end and I had no issues getting refunded so thank you

This unit is Way better than the cheaper units!! The E.Q. is amazing and it's loud and clear , when you tap on a app it whips up and it's running in a mila-second , wi-fi is crazy fast like a phone when downloading stuff through it . .the other units will download 2mb a second while this one is like 15mb a second like your phone, I've been running my tether through my phone to this unit and it is as fast as the home wi-fi so I can listen to YouTube music videos while riding, there is also a factory settings menu option in this unit to change things like boot logo and the backlight control - the code for that is 3368 for factory settings , and the backlight setting password inside the factory settings is 5768 , the Set screen setting inside the factory settings with the vcom voltage and avdd voltage is to let a little more light through the screens leds if you turn those up, I highly recommend this unit!!
