We bought the kit at the end of May. Got them 1st or 2nd week of June. Price was great parts are crap. November 29th the upper control arms broke. They are all under a 10 YEAR warentee so I called the company. They charged me for shipping to get new ones when I had already spent $260 now I had to spend another $22 to get new parts. Now the brand new ball joints are bad, and my husband who is a certified mechanic was told that I have to pay to bring it to a garage for them to tell me what my husband has already done. Just to get a certified letter. NOT HAPPY AT ALL

The media could not be loaded. On one side of one of the struts the bushing for where the spring meets the end is blown out as shown in the video, the other strut looks in perfect condition. I'm unsure if I should install but am on a time frame and need new parts on for a trip very soon. I'm not afraid we're going to die but that clearly looks compromised for early failure. for what I paid I would expect properly put together parts, with that said how this one strut made it passed QC inspection is byond me I am sadly disappointed 😞

Didn't get all 2 tie rod end missing.
