Not easy, but they do fit and look good.
First off, I installed this product in a 2004 Ford F250 Crew Cab 5.4L V8. Secondly, if you are not handy with tools and you lack a bit of common sense, please get expert installation. I have neither tool skills and my common sense can use a little help (like installation instructions) which this product does not come with. With that said, I took on the challenge despite my poor mechanic abilities and all the reviews that bashed this product. I must say, It was not easy at all. As a matter of fact, it took me two days to complete the project (about 3 hours a day). But in the end, I was happy with the product and the way it fit perfectly replacing my stock headlamps. Lastly, measure and adjust the fittings to match your stock lights, you will have to salvage some stock parts (rubber fittings), and use the stock parts if the new parts are not exact. Be patient, make sure you have tools before you start, and if you use any glue or loctite, let it cure completely before you complete your project and start taking pictures. I added some photos with the lights on at night. The passenger side is the new light and the driver side is the stock light (with and without high beams on). Finally I can drive down the street without blinding other drivers. Have fun with this project. If I can do it, you can too. Please ask me questions, but don't ask if it will fit your truck, because I don't know. But from my research, I think they fit 1999 to 2004 F250 F350.***UPDATE*** About a year after install, Film on outside of lens pealed off. Do not buy this crap.

Terrible fitment, broken upon arrivale, but look great.
I seldom write reviews for products I've purchased. They either have to be fantastic or pretty bad for me to bother with a review. Unfortunately these disappointed pretty badly. Im also not one to listen to bad reviews, as i know there can be a lot of variable at play. Im a technician at a dealership so installation was no problem and once you figure out how to remove our rather tricky headlamps, it should only take about an hour. My problem lies with the fact that the little reflector that is mounted inside the headlamp that covers the bulb to direct light back inside the housing, was lying inside the lamp upon arrival. I then had to use a hook tool and some finagling to get it back in the clip that it belonged to. Once clipped back in the plastic broke and it would not stay at all. I would have preferred sending them back and trying a new set but i had already removed my factory ones and didnt feel like the week or two and hassle or exchanging so i used some epoxy on the end of a hook tool and secured it back to the clip. You can see the epoxy if you look directly inside the housing, but most people wont so, eh whatever. Next off, as you see in the picture, when the bottom two screws are fully tightened, theres so much downward tension, that it forces the top clip on the marker assembly to pup out and not stay seated, causing horrible fitment and a god-awful gap. Its incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I cant say im surprised giving the lack of brand name, and the cheap price. But ive purchased cheap headlamps in the past for other vehicles and never had this much trouble. I ended up gluing two washers behind the holes for the mounting screws, causing the bottom to push out and relieve some tension and allowing the top clips to stay secured. The gaps are still a little off, but its much more acceptable now. All in all, i wish i had spent a little more money on some better quality headlamps. I purchased these to save the hassle of cutting the header panel/radiator support to fit some 05-07 headlamps, but honestly after all of this headache that these have given me, it would have been worth it for the look and ease of the 1 piece 05-07 headlamps, rather than these. I absolutely would not recommend these, and thats coming from someone who rarely takes into account others experiences, given my ability and access to a shop and "expert installation" most of the time. I recommend looking elsewhere and spending more money on a better set. Two stars for the look after all the headache. If i had been the average joe, i would have never gotten these things in, not to mention they were broken upon arrival and feel incredibly cheap. I do not expect these to hold up more than a year.

Love the look, hate the hardware.
These lights broke after one trip. I have contacted seller to receive replacement retaining clips as I have a headlight that now points at the ground directly ahead of the vehicle and is held in place right now with electrical tape. The lights themselves look nice. I spent a lot of time shopping before I chose these. They give the truck a nice update and I love the look, the flimsy hardware is an issue. The upper outside corner of the light is held in with a tiny arrowhead style plastic clip. One trip along I-90 through Snoqualmie pass east of Seattle was enough to break the clip. I have waited for seller response and have received no reply to my inquiry about a simple piece of replacement hardware or a replacement light. I would stay away from this product and go with some quality replacements like what LMC Truck supplies. I guess I should have gone with them in the first place. I will revise this review if I ever get a response from the seller.*Revised* 06Sep2016, ZERO resolution with seller for a product that lasted less than 2 weeks. Longevity is not these light's strong point. If you love the look AND are willing to epoxy the heck out of the mounting hardware, then you MIGHT not end up with lights that droop down. However, the plastic is pretty brittle. Messing around with the lights after I removed them for another brand I was amazed at how easily I was able to shatter the housings and dislodge the chrome bulb cover. I don't know how these things would have ever gotten a legitimate DOT/SAE rating...

Not too bad
Very nice headlights and you can definitely tell that the housing is cheaply made. I was expecting better, but overall not too bad. I would recommend.

Look great
These lights gave my 2000 Excursion a nice clean look. The installation was annoying because the clips always break, but that doesnt have anything to do with these lights. They look great and seemed to be well built. Night vision seems a little inpaired with the smoked lens but i expected that. I have LED' s in mine so its fine.

Ok product. The fitting for lights are smaller then OEM. So had to use long needle nose to push reflector then glue so would not move. Product has held up so far. But will be purchasing a new set from Ford. Since they are same price and I know well work. Plus would rather have a glass housing then the plastic.
