Very nice and easy to use. If I could start all over again, I would use the cheapest renter grade paint to avoid paint build-up on the stencil and to make cleanup a lot easier. We ended up doing a whole room and after a 2 walls the stencil got very heavy and full of build-up. I ended up soaking it in water to loosen the paint, but it was a high quality paint and it wouldn't let loose. To my surprise, the stencil did not break or bend through this whole process. Eventually I just cleaned the paint off the edges of the design and finished the project. I have the product a 5 star rating because it is very well made and durable. I would say technique and materials used make the difference. Also, watch their tutorial videos. They are very helpful.

I’ve used stencils before so I was able to complete this project. I did a TON of touching up paint bleed. I used a small angled artist brush to clean up paint bleed and the cleanup doubled the time it took to get this finished. I tried a stencil brush, a small roller and a brush. I landed on the stencil brush as the best of all the options. The stencil bubbles and shifts while painting. I used a good bit of painters tape and the stencil still wouldn’t stay in place. I believe that most of the challenges were due to the size of the stencil and how thin the stencil is. I doubt I could have pulled off this project had I not had experience with stencils. This small wall took me a good 10-12 hours (across 6 days) to complete. I’m very happy with how it turned out but I will never again buy a large stencil. Maybe it would work better on a floor. The stencil arrived earlier than expected, was very well packaged and came with a small “how to” guide as well as a 2 cut outs to use in small places. Those came in handy a couple of times. I accidentally ordered 2 stencils and reached out to the company requesting that one be canceled. I didn’t hear back so now I have 2 stencils. I would recommend a smaller stencil whenever possible.

I used this in a rental unit bathroom with a gloss latex paint. It turned out fabulous! I used stencil adhesive spray to hold it tightly to the wall in place. The stencil size is perfect for big areas - walls and floors. But the size can be a drawback for completing the wall corners. For those I traced the pieces of the pattern I needed and cut them out of cardstock. For cleanup - it took a bit of work to clean it all up perfectly but I used my 1 1/2 in putty knife and gently scraped and peeled the dried pain off. Then I wiped it down several times with acetone to get it clean again. Good as new and ready to reuse. I'll post a couple pics of the bathroom.

This product does not work. The paint bleeds through the stencil. I tried several different application techniques including paint roller, sponge,waitjng until it dried, spray adhesive. I contacted company and they would not give a refund and made it seem like my inability to get the product to work. They were no help. I really liked the idea of Wall stencils but it just didn't work and this company wouldn't provide insight.

Hard to use- not very sturdy and paint seeps through. I tried using spray adhesive but it was still tricky to work with. Would be better with 2 people. I do appreciate that it comes with the corner and trim pieces to fill in the edges of the room.

Have never used a stencil in my life! This was pretty easy. Think it says to clean stencil after 6-7 applications - I did approx 16 applications and only had min. overage/cleanup. Can’t believe how $$ stencils are but this was is sturdy and worth it and easy for 1st timer and the results are gorgeous!

I like the overall look of the wall we stenciled. However, it was very difficult to use after repeated passes of paint. The stencil was sturdy enough but we did experience bleeding. Satisfied with this product for cost and significantly cheaper than wallpaper.I would recommend finding a way to clean off paint if used for more walls. We left to dry in between each pass near the end which prolonged the process greatly.Found the edge pieces provided useless but could have been from trying to achieve a certain look at the vaulted ceiling point of our awkward wall. Ended up having to cut the stencil to achieve the final edges.We also used double sided tape in the main diamond shape to help stick to the wall to avoid more bleeding.If you could find some sort of spray adhesive to help, might have better success.We used a 4 inch foam roller and painters tape.
