Great product. Value for the price!
So I searched and searched because it seems a lot of kid tramps have some horrible reviews. I put this together in about 15-20 minutes. They do send extra washers to help if it’s unbalanced. No matter where I put them it still has the sights wobble but not enough for my child to be unsafe on. She jumps on it all day and you can’t even tell it has that little wobble. Does not affect my child or the trampoline.I do like the stretchy cable instead of springs because I feel like that’s an accident waiting to happen with a child. My only wish is that, I wish the protective mat was thicker more padded design. Other then that wonderful product!Definitely saving our sanity this cold winter with our daughter!

Defective on arrival
Came with a rip in the seam. It was easier for us to repair then tear apart and send back

Great for my 2 year old!
Very easy to put together, sturdy, adjustable handle. My 2 year old LOVES it. It is so great during Covid/winter.The only thing is that I had to remove the form handle cover because my kid kept chewing on it. No big deal.

Disappointing!
It fell apart after one week, and only a 2 year old toddler jumped on it a few times.Update: Customer service was great and they sent a bigger jumping mat to replace the bad one. This one seems to work better because is bigger than the original one so it gives in when my 2 y/o niece jumps.

Sturdy but many little issues
This trampoline is made of thicker materials than our old children’s trampoline which fell apart under my children’s rough play after about a year. That one had the plastic skirt around the edge that started tearing and falling off within a few months. The skirt on this one is made of a more durable material. The skirt on this one is attached to the jumping pad. You tie it onto the frame with elastic bands. There is a lot of extra fabric so it bunches. It doesn’t look great, but the material is not under much stress so it should last a long time.Another issue I had was the handle bar seemed to be too wide to align exactly with the feet. I was able to fasten it, but it has a slight lean to it. You would probably only notice if I pointed it out to you but I notice it since I tried to install it straight and gave up.The padding also has done permanent indentations as pictured. This is cosmetic as it does not impact use it overall durability. The seam around the outside is also a little messy. This is advertised as portable but you would need to remove the handle and unscrew the legs too fold it back up. There was also no safety pin as pictured and you use a screw to hold the trampoline in the open position and have to unscrew it to fold it back up. Folding it for moving or storage is not that quick and easy. Luckily I plan to just keep it out.None of the issues are major and my kids enjoy playing with this trampoline.

Terrible construction
I wanted to be excited about this but the construction is poor. The place where you screw the legs to the trampoline is made so closely to one of the bungee hooks it makes the whole thing unlevel and unsafe to use. Very disappointing :( otherwise this appears to be a sturdy and safe option (I like the bungee cords as opposed to metal springs)
