I have purchased this brand before, it has nice flavor, quality seems very good, I use it because the glycemic index is better than refined sugar, I use it in coffee, cooking, baking, stone cut oatmeal, and anywhere else you would use sugar content. This has been the best value I could find. I don't think about drinkability because in my coffee, cooking et cetera, it is flavorful and doesn't affect the consistency that I notice. The bi g container is sealed well and taped to inhibit any leakage.

We have a large family, so I typically buy in bulk, but this BLUE GREEN ORGANICS Agave syrup is even larger than I’m used to at 44 lbs! So far I’ve been using it by dipping a spoon directly in the large container, but I will eventually need to either get a pump for it, or have my husband carefully pour some into a smaller “everyday” container for me.The agave is really delicious, and has a toffee-like sweetness to it. I’ve had it almost two weeks, and in that time have used it as my primary liquid sweetener in everything from homemade drinks, to salad dressings, in a marinade for tofu, in stir-fries, in homemade cereal, baking, and in so many other ways. We are vegan, so it’s an excellent alternative to honey in recipes since it has a similar type of texture, and the consistency is really easy to work with. I love it, and am going through it faster than I expected considering the bulk size!

I like the taste of this agave syrup and use it for sweetening my drinks and baking. It pours easily when it’s liquid.After a while, I noticed it started to crystallize and get thick, which made it harder to use. It seems to happen after some time in storage.

This is a great choice if you need a lot of Agave syrup. It tastes just like you would expect. So the quality is there, along with quantity. There hasn't been any leakage from the container. I transferred some to a smaller and more manageable bottle. It's an easy to use syrup with a variety of uses. It is sticky, as you would expect syrup to be. Overall, if you need a lot of syrup this is a great choice and a good value.

This organic blue agave nectar is everything I hoped it would be. The taste is clean and naturally sweet, just like true blue agave should be. It has a good consistency as well, not too thick or too thin, which makes it easy to pour and blend into recipes. It arrived fresh and sealed properly, and the use-by date gives me three full years to work through it. The 44-pound container is large, but that’s expected for the quantity. For the price, you get a generous amount of high-quality product, making it a strong value. I’ve used it in coffee, baking, and on pancakes with great results. If you use agave regularly or want to stock up, this is a smart purchase.

I'm pleased with the quality of this agave syrup. It has a good flavor that works well with both beverages and baked goods. It has a higher sugar content than cane sugar so less is needed to hit the same level of sweetness.The container is huge and somewhat unwieldy when it comes to dispensing, but the large quantity makes the cost per ounce quite low compared with other options. It does not come with a dispenser, so I decanted it (using a food-safe pump) to some one gallon jugs for storage, and a quart jug for usage. Agave syrup has a good shelf life (years) provided it's kept away from heat and light.A good quality, good value agave -- five stars.
