Great Quality Moka Pot with Minor Flaws
The Easyworkz Diego Stovetop Espresso Maker is a well-made and stylish moka pot that delivers rich, bold coffee. The stainless steel construction feels sturdy and durable, and it works great on induction cooktops, which is a huge plus. The 12-cup capacity is perfect for making multiple servings at once, and the brewing process is smooth and efficient. The coffee it produces has a deep, full-bodied flavor, very close to traditional Italian espresso. Cleanup is also fairly easy, thanks to the polished stainless steel interior. The only downside is that the lid hinge feels a bit flimsy compared to the rest of the build, and it could be more secure. It’s not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of. Other than that, this moka pot is an excellent choice for espresso lovers looking for a high-quality, induction-friendly option.Would definitely recommend!

Easyworkz Diego Moka Pot Review
This is a really nice moka pot. The principle on how they work is same across brands. The differences is in the smaller features and materials. Pros: Larger size. Says 12 cup, which is the largest I have seen. These cups are expresso sized cups. It makes like 1.5 regular/large sized cups. I really like the black colored base. I dislike seeing discoloration on a stainless base. Some people however like the used look. The lid has a small knob rather than a flip tab for thumb. Seems a bit thicker and sits snug in the pot. This could be a pro or con depending on your preference. For me it was a pro so my thumb doesnt accidently pop the lid up. Cleaning: These moka pots I feel are much easier to clean than my French Presses. Once all coffee has brewed and you are ready to clean it out, just twist off the top and the grounds can be easily popped out and either thrown away or composted. Pressure release valve: The valve on this one is slightly different than my previous pot with no moving part. So far, I have never had this feature come into play. Handle: Nice handle that stays cool even after brewing. It is similar to my French press. I did however like the rubberized, ergonomic handle on another brand of moka pot I owned slightly better but, not a big enough deal to not want me to purchase this pot. Overall, I am very happy with the size, quality of the pot. It makes a good cup of coffee if you are using good water and freshly burr ground beans. Enjoy!

Well made espresso maker
I’ve been using this espresso pot for one year and I have to say it is very sturdy and easy to use. It is definitely stainless steel. The handle is stainless which stays cool while on the burner and also while pouring. The screw bottom works well. It brews a beautiful cup of espresso every time. I recommend this product.

Really well made, well designed, great high quality product. High quality, thick stainless steel.
This coffee maker is a little more expensive than some of the others but the quality of the stainless steel is well worth it. The Italians call coffee made in this type of maker "moka". This style of coffee is produces better tasting coffee than "Americano" drip coffee because its design extracts more of the coffee flavor and less of the bitterness. Of course, you must use good coffee beans. Many of the coffee beans for sale in the US are "dark roast" and are basically "over cooked" and the coffee bean oil is roasted out of the bean before it is placed in the grinder. This is not the case in Italy. Italian coffee is not bitter and I recommend getting light or medium roast beans from Italy which are available at Costco or Sprouts. Secondly, this moka coffee maker is fantastic for use on an induction plate. The stainless steel base is very thick and is made with highly magnetic stainless steel material. Other moka coffee makers will say "induction" but really they are not because they don't have a high quality magnetic stainless steel base like this one. Another thing that sets this product apart from the other is that the craftsmanship of the pot. The threads which connect the base to the pot are well finishing and NOT sharp to the touch. Many cheaper pots are only machined finished and leave a sharp edge on the threads, so when cleaning the inside of the water chamber, you can cut your hand. This moka maker is well finished with no sharp metal edges. This is a high quality product, well made and well designed.

It makes a smooth mocha that I like better than out-to-coffee
The Easywork Diego Stovetop Moka Pot makes an amazing mocha that tastes smoother and better than drive-thru out-to-coffee. And its much more economical than an out-to-coffee mocha too, even with the cost of a bag of good quality coffee beans right now.It is attractive and stays looking nice. The lid is durable and doesn't flop around or seem like it wants to fall off, like my Italian moka pot lids did. It is weighted nicely and doesn't have any weird chemical "smells". I rinse it out with cold tap water and a swish of a baby-bottle cleaning brush after it cools down after each use.The filter seal gasket seems durable. I cook my coffee on an electric stovetop burner on medium heat and remove it from the heat once the coffee has steamed into the top of the moka pot. I would like to know what gasket Easywork recommends when it is finally time to replace the gasket.I like the fact that I can control my ingredients---from the beans I use to the chocolate, whipping cream, sugar---or none of that stuff. I personally like to add steamed 1% milk and a couple of tablespoons of Ovaltine Chocolate Malt powder and a spritz of whipping cream to mine. A very healthful start to my morning... *humor* well, at least enjoyable, depending upon what I add to the espresso created by this lovely moka pot.I this is the fourth moka pot I have owned in 20 years. The other three are fancier Italian brands that have been relegated to the camping equipment in the basement storage area.
