Croker Traditional

Good looking, well constructed shirt. It got here in a reasonable length of time.When i first pulled it out of the box, i thought it was too big, but when I put it on, it fit perfectly. I have a 42 inch chest. It's roomy enuf that I think a person one size up could wear it and it would look good, as well.That is not to imply that it's too large. My honey says it looks fabulous and sexy. Don't know about that last part, but i feel great wearing it.

Was a little skeptical about the quality but it is well made. I'm about 6 foot and arond 200lbs and the large fir perfectly.

I am 69 inches tall (175 cm) and weigh 195 pounds (88.5 kilos or 14 stone). I have a 43-inch chest and a 41-inch waist (not trouser size, but honest-to-God measurement over the bellybutton). I ordered a Large and it fits me perfectly. It is just snug enough to feel like a properly fitting rugby shirt, but not restrictive at all.I have washed it with no problems, although I did hang to dry just in case.Quality and comfort are excellent. As others have said, it can be difficult to find a quality rugby shirt these days, but have no doubt about this one. If you are a fan of Ireland, rugby or just rugby shirts, you cannot go wrong with this.Highly recommended.

This shirt is awesome! I wanted an authentic rugby type shirt I wore in the 80/90’s. This is better- rubber buttons, quality collar, good fabric and excellent stitching. I often get comments while wearing this! “Nice shirt” “love your rugby” etc

I've been searching high and low for quality rugby shirts with character with little luck...until I checked in with Amazon. This Croker green and navy rugger has all the quality you could ask for and the Insignia's and detail puts it right up at the top (Guinness rugby jersey's are right there as well. If you like real rugby shirts your ship has just pulled up to the dock. And when we are talking this kind of quality the price is a real steal of a deal. I now own the Croker and three of the four Guinness Ruggers and I'd swear by every one of them. I just wish they'd add more.

Rugby, like any other sport these days, has evolved toward synthetic fabric jerseys; but traditional heavy-cotton rugby jerseys are still popular for their function and look.This jersey is made from mid-weight rather than heavy-weight fabric and isn’t built with reinforced seams or other features of actual traditional rugby jerseys. It’s rugby “style” rather than an actual traditional jersey.The Amazon posting says that it is 100 percent cotton. It’s actually a poly/cotton blend made in Pakistan as the label inside indicates.The cut is also odd: wide shoulders, slim trunk, longer than most jerseys with longer sleeves. What the vendor calls “modern fit.”Rugby players tend to have a belly. The fit on this shirt would accommodate very poorly that type of body.I’m 5’11”, 185 lbs, 33 inch waist. The large is too tight in the stomach area; the extra large is too long.All in all, for a cost of about $70, I expected an authentic ruggedly-built traditional rugby jersey with a normal rugby jersey cut. This shirt doesn’t meet any of those expectations.
