Revo Sunglasses Dexter: Polarized Crystal Glass Lens with Large Wrap Frame

These are some great glasses. They look great and the vision through them is fantastic. A little pricey but well worth the money.

Up front - the delivery was a nightmare - but the vendor went way beyond the call to make sure the situation was rectified AND remained in frequent contact until such time as we unfucked the delivery (big name delivery service). As for the glasses themselves, FAR better quality than "O"'s selling for double the price. If the little letter means more to you than top quality, go with the "O" and God bless. (after all, God takes care of fools and sailors, and you are not in the Navy). No, SEALs do not wear "O's" because of the quality - but because supply department provides them - but then, so does your local carnival for winning a ring toss.... If you want luxury customer service, dependable, ultra-high quality eyewear - then go with REVO. If you prefer to piss away your money and take it up the tailpipe, go with the "o".

I bought these for good coverage and great polarization. So far they are awesome. I prefer the Revo H2O lens over Costa and Maui Jim. Nothing against the others but the glare reduction is phenomenal and the lenses crystal clear. I used them for the first time at Laguna Beach on a super bright day and they were fantastic. The only lens I feel might possibly be better is Vuarnet. The frames fit me well but that’s subjective. They do feel a little plasticy and while the hinges do snap closed, which I like, they might be plastic. I can’t tell. I’ve not had them long enough to comment on durability. I will agree with others that the case is a bit small and it seems that the temples get squished a little when putting them in. Not a big deal but it is annoying and I use a larger case so as to not stress the frame in storage. It would have been nice to have included the keeper strap with the glasses, especially at this price point. One last thing, if you are often using LCD screens, the Revo polarization does not interfere with reading the screen, which is rather nice.

The pads that go on the left and right arm of the glasses are not secured properly. After a few weeks the glue used to secure these pads just loosens up and then grabs your hair and pulls it when you try to get the glasses off. This goop gets all over your fingers, your ears and your hair!! This is not the first time this happened. It's happened on Every revo glasses I bought. So much so that I stopped buying REVO but 3 years later I forgot and order a pair again.. and again it seem no one has this problem, because it's still not fixed. Literally the pads are not affixed properly. I want my $$ back. But of course it's too late now to return them. Ugh. Garbage Revo

The lenses are nice & really offer everything as described. This is really the reason 2 stars are given (otherwise 1).Unfortunately the frame arrived warped.My own mistake in assuming $230 sunglasses would be made well & quality of the product would be guaranteed (it is not) I threw away the box upon receiving them. Well only after the first sunny day came while driving & trying out my new expensive sunglasses did I realize something was off.The frame was warped & since these glasses do not have an adjustable nose bridge precision & quality are extremely important. Well as you can imagine wrapped frame = sit on face crooked. This is extremely distracting & annoying to the point the glasses are unwearable. Since I threw the box out before testing (my own mistake I admit) & cannot return them now I tried some things to 'reshape' the frame i.e. light hand bending, heating frame with blow dryer etc. & have not been able to correct the frame.I am now stuck with $230 sunglasses that are unwearable.I wouldn't order from Amazon as you'll probably get lesser customer service than if you were to purchase from Revo directly.Try them on before purchasing if possible, do not assume $230 gets you quality wearable sunglasses.

These glasses are awesome. Attention to detail down to lanyard holes at the stem ends for whatever you want to thread through. Great case & cloth, which I need (oily dude & all)
