I got this for my 3 year old who is obsssed with dinosaurs and he really loves this gift! He’s had it for 3 months now and while he doesn’t bring it out to play every day like he did at first it is still one of his go to toys. The lights, sounds, and “cracking” of the egg are very exciting for the little ones! And of course the surprise Dino that pops out! Just make sure you keep track of him😂

This thing is cute!I picked this dinosaur because it wasn't as "scary" looking as the T-Rex lol.You press the little red button on the egg to initiate the hatching process and it makes a little sound/tune.Then you rub (I found sometimes tapping worked better) a little spot on the egg 3 times. After each time, it plays a tune or makes a noise. The second one is a cute little mini song my kids enjoy. After the third tap/rub, the egg turns green and the hatching mechanism kicks in.You can do this over and over and my kids had fun doing it like 10 times in a row.

My toddler is obsessed with dinosaur eggs and baby dinosaurs. All he wanted for Christmas was dinosaur eggs that hatch so it’s a good thing Amazon saved my butt again. He loves these.

This toy is amazing quality, in addition to being so much fun. What an underrated gem. Definitely recommend this for a child that loves dinosaurs.

Bought for my dinosaur loving three year old. Cute. Also amused my seven year old. Kind of pricey for what it is. Wouldn’t stay they loved it hence 4/5 stars.
