Cute, well-made, heavy ceramic crock
OMG this thing is SO neat! My husband and I switched from margarine to real butter and I ran across this on Amazon. I never knew you could buy stuff like this, and after looking at and reading about other butter crocks, I picked this one because I thought it looked adorable and I love the pretty red. It's very easy to use, keeps the butter fresh, and also easy to clean. 1 stick of butter fits into the crock and all you have to do is add a little bit of water to the bottom of the crock. I clean it with warm, soapy water between sticks of butter. Highly recommend this and it will look cute sitting on your counter!

Keeps butter fresher than any other countertop container I've used
For the past 30-ish years I've been using a variety of glass butter dishes, and the butter never tastes quite right after that first day. This airtight, 100% opaque butter bell crock keeps the soft butter on the countertop as fresh as the unwrapped rock-hard block of butter in the fridge. And it's easy to fill too, the instructions recommend using the back of a spoon but I just wash my hands really good and pack the butter in there with my fingers like a barbarian. Works like a charm, and the heat from my hand helps if I'm packing it with chilled butter.

Very useful!
The Butter containers are of good quality. It is easy to put the butter in the top and ready to use when you need to spread butter on food. It's easy to clean. It looks nice sitting on my counter and you can order the color that will fit in your kitchen. I purchased two. One for myself and one as a gift.

Keeps butter soft
This works fantastic at keeping my butter from going rancid while out on my counter. It also looks great while on my counter -all of the color choices go well in any kitchen. You do have to make sure to really pack the butter into the holder well and with no air pockets or it won’t stay in the chamber. You also have to make sure to change the water every couple of days. Follow the directions and you won’t have any problems.

Strange but a very good product
My first experience with a butter keeper like this crock! Fill bottom with water to fill line, add softened butter to the top, turn top upside down & place as you would a lid over crock. Strange but it keeps the butter so much fresher than a lidded butter dish. Change water every 3 days. Attractive. Durable. A good purchase.

Definitely a game changer! My daughter likes to eat butter toast, so now the butter is always soft and ready to spread. It keeps the butte fresh, and ready to use. The crock is high quality and sturdy. No problems.

Stylish and functional
Stylish and functional,I made homemade butter from 1 pint of whipping cream, and this held most of it. There was probably about a tablespoon and a half that didn’t fit the only thing it tells you to add water up to a certain line on the bottom however, the butter touches the water, no matter how much I add Just didn’t add the water kept it in the refrigerator. It seemed to do fine. I would highly recommend this.
