This is a great pitcher! Sturdy, aesthetically pleasing, and sizable enough to hold a decent amount of water. I don't find that I have very many problems with dripping/dribbling. It has dripped just a tiny bit sometimes--some previous customers have deemed this reason enough to give the jug only two stars, which I think is ridiculous. My Brita pitcher dripped just as much--if not more than--this pitcher; at least this pitcher is made of glass and not chemical-laden plastic. The advantage that this pitcher has over the Bormioli with hermetic lids is that you can pour from this pitcher without removing the lid. I first bought the jugs with hermetic lids thinking that I wouldn't have to remove the lids every time I used them. Sometimes, I could barely unscrew the lid (that seal is definitely airtight), and it was also very annoying to have to remove the lid every time I wanted a drink of water.Two notes: The ice tube is made of PVC, which is, as another reviewer previously noted, a very harmful kind of plastic. I've taken off a star for this ice tube. It upsets me that such a nice pitcher came with such an awful piece of plastic (fully detachable, by the way), but at least it's still less plastic than a Brita pitcher. If Bormioli made this pitcher without the PVC tube, it would be perfect. I hope they change this soon.Also, I do find that I have to leave a little room for air at the top of the pitcher. If I fill it all the way to the very top with water, then too much liquid does come rushing out when I first go to pour water. By putting just a little less in, I prevent any splashing or major dripping.

I already was a fan of Bormioli. They manufacture glass products in Italy. Their glass is not the cheap glass and it is not the borosilicate glass. It is beautiful heavy tempered glass. I own about ten of their gorgeous glass jars in different sizes in which I store spices, coffee, grains, cinnamon sticks and so many other things. I usually keep a pitcher of water at my side all day to stay hydrated. I was using a large water filtration pitcher for a long time which I didn’t like because it was plastic. I dropped it and broke it last month which gave me the wonderful excuse to buy a glass pitcher. This Bormioli pitcher is gorgeous with a huge capacity and really comfortable handle. The lid snaps onto the glass rim and leaves the spout clear to pour. There is no drip when you are pouring and the pour is excellent. There is a removable tube that you can attach to the inside of the lid if you wish to fill it with ice and keep your water cold. I personally don’t use it because I like my water at room temperature. This is one of the best products that I have bought on Amazon lately!

For what it is, a $10 Jug, its great. Keep in mind though, it is a $10 Jug and you get what you pay for. Functions fine, no major complaints. There are imperfections in the glass so we'll see if it can pass the test of time. The lid is a little flimsy, it kind of sits there with little grip on the rim. The lid has yet to come off during pouring so its satisfactory as is for now but i would of liked to see it fasten more securely. Also, the plastic insert is very cheap, no more material than a disposable water bottle. But I suppose it is a design feature as it is intended to hold ice and cool the beverage without watering it down. Too thick of plastic would insulate the beverage from the ice thus defeating its own intended purpose. If they used a better material for thermal conductivity, i.e. any food safe metal, we would be paying more than $10. The insert could not be made of glass either for safety concerns, glass on glass has a tendency to shatter. So I feel the insert is fine but I would not want to test it with any hot liquids or put it in the dishwasher. Just be mindful of these design characteristics when looking to purchase this product and if it meets your intended use its a great buy, if not, you may need to spend a little more money. I bought two of these pitchers and am quite happy with them. The glass seems sturdy and the plastic lid fits nicely. I discarded the "ice holder" as soon as they arrived. I am using these pitchers to get away from storing my drinks in plastic.The handles work well for me. I was apprehensive about this part, since some reviewers claimed their knuckles got stuck in the handle. I always thought I had huge knuckles but I haven't been able to get them stuck yet. Maybe if you were able to force your "1st" knuckle in there it would get stuck, but I don't know who would try to do that in the first place.I have been using the pitchers for holding my drinking water and iced coffee. We go through liters of both every day. I pour warm coffee in there and then put it in the fridge to let it cool, and I haven't had any problems yet. I haven't tried pouring boiling-hot coffee into the glass. There is no taste associated with the pitchers, but I haven't been using the ice infuser.The only downside to the pitcher is if you leave the lid on and pour faster than the opening allows, you will dribble some liquid out. This can be avoided by either taking the lid off or pouring at a reasonable rate. I have no problem doing either.In general, I'm very satisfied with this product. I've been using them for a month so far with no problems.

It is very pretty but heavy. Does keep water cold and makes us drink more water. Looks pretty on the table.

It's good but the quality is low. You get what you pay for I guess.
