Fast, easy to use and the price is good.Meal replacement value:works well for me, don’t even think about snacks. Best with skim milk per instructions, 2% or whole if too filling for me.

I used to buy the vanilla flavor at Sam's but they no longer carry it. This was an easy way to get it. I used it to add to the smoothies I make. It's also a good way to add calories & nutrients for people that have limited eating ability.

Great product and taste but too high price

Both girls drink this 3 times a day. They call it power milk and they request it.They are very skinny, the stuff they eat practically has no calories ie: steamed broccoli, steamed cauliflower, carrots etc. they want no additives such as creams or cheeses. No fried or breaded meats.This stuff has helped a lot.

I discovered Carnation Instant breakfast as a public school kid, ~1965, in Brooklyn, NY. My mother's cooking was used to interrogate prisoners. Pity about flavors' contraction (and strawberry's persistence. woof) I'm still doing it, every morning. It may be the secret to immortality.
