Simply the best I have ever used
Very high quality better than any other vanilla product I have used been a chef for over 45 years about time so tone developed a vanilla powder that is amazing and adds such deep and rich vanilla flavours to your cooking thank you x

Very nice for baking
Lovely but expensive !It is good for baking when doing a dry mix as if use liquid extract it can go clumpyAlso better for those with allergies as no hideous additives

Nice but pricey
I like the fact that theres no alcohol or sugar added. I was surprised how small the packet was. Its a weird smell when you open the packet. I add it to cacao powder and it makes the cacao smell much nicer when adding to my coffee. I add this to hot drinks and dont bake with it. Works ok, but you need quite a large pinch to taste it.
